Very cute, homey little cottage!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, son and I stayed here for 6 days. The host has everything you need there to prepare meals in the nice kitchen or grill outside and enjoy the gorgeous patio!! Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this quaint cottage to anyone wanting to be within walking distance to RiverWalk. Try the Guenther House for breakfast!!

Charming

  • 4 of 5

Three ladies stayed in the charming guest house of a lovely Antebellum manor. It was secluded, quiet, well maintained and just as advertised. The check in and check out was smooth.

It was either a half hour walk to down town or a $6.30 Uber ride. Nice.

Great cottage in a great neighborhood!

  • 5 of 5

The Adams street guest house or cottage is located in the back yard of a historic King William home. It was a very nice place to stay for the weekend. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We ate out during the weekend but could have easily cooked in the kitchen had we desired. There was coffee and coffee filters for our morning coffee. The refrigerator was stocked with items we did not use but if we had cooked would have come in handy. We were within walking distance from many restaurants and bars and we took advantage by walking everywhere this weekend. The owner texted me to let me know if I needed anything but all was right there in the cottage! They had bicycles on the porch we could have used and I think is a really nice touch but we ended up walking everywhere as mentioned. There is also a nice outdoor kitchen and seating area to enjoy. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect place to stay...convenient to everything, beautiful neighborhood, great accommodations

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I were very pleased! It was a home away from home. Beautiful residential neighborhood with local eateries and a short drive to downtown and the Pearl. We loved having the bikes (quality bikes) to ride south on the riverwalk (2 streets over) to the missions or to ride in the neighborhood. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment and bathroom towels/toiletries. Bed was comfy. Received texts asking if we had everything we needed! Nice to have a private place and not have to worry about coming in late or being too noisy. Would highly recommend to stay here. We will return on our next trip to San Antonio.

We could not have picked a better place. Private, well appointed, well stocked, cozy, comfortable, quiet and clean. Bikes were made available to us. Outdoor living space was awesome.
