803 Wimbledon Court is located in the tennis villas in Sea Colony West. It is on the first street on your left as you go in to Sea Colony from RT. 1 so it is very close to the crosswalk at Rt. 1 and Westway Drive. The townhouse is on the back side of the building away from the parking area, which means a little less noise and a little more privacy. This is a very comfortable, laid back beach house with a well equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed on the first floor, along with a hall bath. On the second floor there is an ensuite bedroom with a king size bed and TV; a bedroom with a pyramid bunk; a bedroom with a set of twin size beds; and a hall bath. There is a large private deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs. Parking for 2 cars only. There is a required $40 per person per week resort fee payable to Sea Colony.

Clean, good price and in a great location but very run down
This unit was very clean and in such a great location. It wasr reasonably priced. However it's a shame because it's very worn out. Other than the family room on the first floor which seemed more updated the rest was not in good shape. Deck dangerous in bare feet!!. No grill. Microwave barely worked. Old coffee maker.kitchen cabinets falling apart. The entire unit had only one TV in living room. None in bedrooms ( which was not as advertised ) Very old beat up furniture in need of repair, handles falling off in kid bedrooms.our impression was the owner isn't putting any money into the unit for up keep. The unit we stayed in before was much nicer TVs in every bedroom, new kitchen with new appliances and keurig coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen with utensils etc.. this unit had one spatula, salt shaker but no pepper.... you get the idea. No one paying attention to details. If the owner would update this unit even just with minor things it would be amazing given its location.
