One unique guest house in a medieval tower mixing period with antiques and design furniture.
A noble listed building - "Roero di Monteu" XIII century - in the old town center of Asti.
An architect who cherishes the rite of hospitality.
Have you ever slept in a medieval tower? That's where my guests sleep: right in the tower. Many say it's a dream place: it's not ordinary, that's for sure!
The apartment can only accommodate one or two couples at a time. The kids will sleep in the living room, where one or two beds can be replaced by the sofa.
The guests have independent access to their apartment composed of: small terrace on the roofs, entrance, main bedroom in the tower, living room / second bedroom, brand new design kitchen and bathroom with a two meter long new shower.
I live in the same building as my guests. If I'm in Asti, I enjoy getting to know them personally and I'm always available to answer their questions / give suggestions.
Also, my mom's architectural office is only minutes away, she lives in the same building too, and it's very easy to reach.
Being a medieval palace under the tutelage of the Ministry of Fine Arts, we are not allowed to install an elevator. To reach the top floor (3rd floor) where the apartment is with the tower, there is a wide and comfortable staircase.
