Here are some reasons why:

This Unit has floor to ceiling windows capturing a beautiful view to the ocean across the street, and of the shared pool which is right in view off our balcony on the same floor.
* There's a large balcony looking over the pool, with patio furniture, so you can enjoy the fresh air with a good book, dine outdoors, or keep an eye on your older kids without having to go to the pool deck.
*The thick storm doors and windows are tinted and create a sound barrier so you can still enjoy privacy without sacrificing the beautiful view.
*Each bedroom has its own television, closet, and attached bathroom, making showering and getting ready for activities a breeze.
*This unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people-- Bedroom 1: queen bed, bedroom 2: queen bed, bedroom 3: twin over full bunk bed.
*The unit has a full-sized washer and dryer.
*The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics for cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
*Our condo has easy access to building amenities located on the same floor such as the fitness room, pool deck, and sauna.
*Bedding and Bath towels are provided, as well as a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and bath soaps.A beach cart is provided for your use to help you get your belongings over to the beach across the street. We also provide TWO beach chairs. You will need to bring your own beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, etc..
For Larger Groups or families: We own the unit next door, unit #202, which sleeps 11 (check out the photos and unit details on vrbo listing #687551). Call us if you would like to coordinate booking both units to accomadate your family and friends.
**Must be 25 years old or older to rent our units. We do not accept any college or highschool groups even with an adult chaperone.

*Parking passes are required for each vehicle parked & may be purchased on site at the Sanibel property manager's office on the 2nd floor. Fee: $20/tag
*Absolutely no smoking permitted.
*Absolutely no pets.
*No spring breakers. Any all-adult groups must have ALL guests minimum age of 25.
Person booking condo must be physically present in condo the entire length of stay.
*Unit sleeps 7--do not try to sleep more than the maximum occupancy suggested.

50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The second half of payment is due 30 days before check-in date. Both of these payments are nonrefundable. The refundable deposit is due 7 days before the check-in date. Your card will be authorized and funds withheld, but no charge will be made to your card, unless damage is discovered. We are located on the the quiet, more residential, west-side of Gulf Shores. If you want to avoid all the crowds that the rows of towers on the east end creates, this is the vacation spot for you. Only 2.5 miles from the main area attractions and restaurants on Gulf Shores Pkwy. Just a short walk through the parking lot and across the street will get you to the public beach access.

About the owner: My husband and I both grew up on islands and have been living land-locked for the last 13+ years. We both miss the beach and wanted our 3 children to grow up experiencing the wonders and adventure of the ocean. We were determined when the time was right to invest in a vacation property near the beach so that we could create family memories with our kids. Our dream finally became a reality at the end of 2014. We hope you enjoy our home away from home!
