About Marisa or Ken Krall
Ken and Marisa Krall are longtime residents of the Boston area, although Marisa is originally from Spain. Having owned and operated a downtown Boston international school for over 25 years, they have housed over a thousand foreign and US guests in several properties.
Marisa or Ken Krall purchased this Condo in 2014
Why Marisa or Ken Krall chose Beacon Hill
The Beacon Hill neighborhood has special significance for all long-time Bostonians; it is not unusual to find families that have called its cobblestone streets and Bristish-architecture buildings home since the early 1800s. In a 'young' county like the US, that's really saying something! The rich fabric of history today manifests itself in the area's unparalleled elegance with cobblestone streets and a myriad of fine dining options within a five-minute walk. The building itself houses two outstanding restaurants, a Japanese grill and sushi restaurant and a seafood bistro. Other renown dining establishments, such as the Parker House Hotel where the 'Boston cream pie' originated, are but a few minutes' walk. We love being at the epicenter of the city's business, entertainment, and historical districts!
What makes this Condo unique
21 Beacon is a unique address, centrally located and convenient to all Boston points of address. We own several properties in the Boston rental market, as well as maintain residences overseas. The addition of the 21 Beacon St. unit to the portfolio represents a signature urban destination that combines the old world elegance and charm of Beacon Hill with all the conveniences and excitement of modern urban living. Steps from shopping, restaurants, theatres, the Boston Common park, and The Freedom Trail. Looking towards the State House and Boston Common from the rooftop terrace on a warm summer evening made us realize that this property topped others that we had been considering. We love being at the epicenter of the city's business, entertainment, and historical districts!

Location, location, location
We stayed 5 nights in this lovely apartment that is near everything. Boston Common, The Freedom Trail and many other sights are just steps away. The homeowners are attentive and wanted to be sure we were comfortable and had a nice stay. The apartment itself does not have a street or city view but who needs it when there is a gorgeous view on the rooftop deck and everything you could want outside the door. The building also has a doorman which made me feel very safe and secure.
Great location! Nice condo.
This was perfect for what we needed.
Nice place to stay while visiting Boston.
Beautiful, updated condo in the heart of the city
We stayed 5 days in this beautiful condo and could not have been happier. The history of the building added extra charm and the location was incredible. The owners were helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this outstanding property.
Great location if you want to see the history of Boston, the Freedom Trail starts a block away! Great bars and restaurants next door and around the corner. Highly recommended staying in this condo
Amazing property for visiting Boston
Clean, updated, and in a PERFECT location to see the sites around Boston. We arrived for a long weekend having never visited New England before. The condo is located in the perfect location across from the State House and Boston Commons. Upon check in we found the condo just as described, chic stylishly decorated, and well equipped for a temporary stay. My wife and I discussed and could not think of a single thing to improve upon. This property is a true gem! Thanks for the memories!
