Large spacious home with all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. Large well equipped kitchen with eat in dining table and formal dining area, surrounded by large windows to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the lake. Decks open from dining area, living room, master bedroom and master bath.

Living area has ceiling to floor windows to enjoy the beauty of the lake. Stone fireplace, pull - out sleeper sofa, and lots of seating. TV room adjoins living area with additional seating, stone fireplace, and twin sleeper pull-out.

Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and a Jenn-Aire grill, island sink, dishwasher, and open to dining and living areas. Dining off the kitchen and in formal dining area.

The three bedrooms all have their own baths. Master bedroom has king bed, pull out sleeper sofa, large walk-in closet, screened in sitting porch, and very large bath. Bath has Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, make-up vanity, and double sink with separate private deck for easy access to shower from lake.

Bedroom 2 has one double bed, two twin beds, private bath, with deck access. Bath has step-in handicap tub, shower, sink And toilet.

Bedroom 3 has two twins and private bath with shower, toilet, and sink.

Additional sleeping loft has twin beds and access to bedroom # 3's bath.

Open decks for sunning and entertaining.

Easy access to private dock with south facing views of the lake and USFS mountains.

Paved drive off Cherokee Trail, with lots of parking and one car garage.

Large laundry room on main level with like new full sized washer/dryer and half bath also located off main living area.

Home is located in Beautiful Lake Santeetlah "Thunderbird" with easy access to Hwy 129 "Tail of the Dragon", Deal's Gap, and tons of outdoor activities.

Perfection. Privacy. Spectacular views. Comfort and space.

Every window has a private view of the lake and nature preserve across the water. The house is very spacious. The furniture is comfortable and nice without being too fancy and stuffy. The kitchen is well stocked and there are tons of games in the loft. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
