Doral 808 Ensures A Clean & Comfortable Stay At The Beach Club.


Please note the the quote does not include the optional access fee to the club facilities. Club fees are paid to the Beach Club if you choose, but it is optional and the can be purchased per day. Visit the Beach Club's site for more details.

The living area features a new sleeper sofa, new chairs, a television, and a dining table. You will also find games and puzzles for kids of ALL ages.

New small appliances, upgraded stainless steel stove and a side-by-side refrigerator are found in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, chest, closet and television. You will enjoy the comfort of high-end Egyptian cotton linens and comforters.

The second bedroom has a full bed, a bunk bed, lots of storage, and a closet. It also has a Wii game system.

From the balcony you can enjoy watching the dolphins play in the Gulf of Mexico or dinner at sunset. The balcony closet is stocked with beach chairs and toys. It operates on an honor system. Guests are welcome to take anything in it to enjoy on the beach. Hopefully everyone will enjoy the chairs and toys then return them for the next guests to enjoy. Some guests are even adding to the selection by leaving more items for everyone to use.

Please note that reservations that leave a one night gap between bookings may be rejected.

A fantastic condo that is definitely home away from home!

I literally cannot think of anything bad to say about this unit. It was gorgeous and spotless. You can tell it has been recently remodeled with high end finishes throughout. There is no carpet in this unit. With several family members who have severe allergies, this is critical for us. The master bed was luxuriously soft. The kids loved the bed with bunk overhang. We were impressed it had stairs (not a ladder) to get to the top. No safety worries with that in place. The kids’ room had a Wii with tons of games. They loved it. The living room tv had a blu-ray player that also streams wirelessly if you want to sign into Netflix/Hulu/etc. Wifi was rock solid even with many devices hitting it at once. Water pressure was good and the unit never ran out of hot water even after five people taking consecutive showers. The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new and worked great. The closet on the balcony is stocked with just about every kind of pool toy/float/sand toy/beach chair/umbrella/etc. you could ever want. Don’t worry about bringing you own. Owners John & Linda bent over backwards to accommodate our modified travel plans when Hurricane Nate arrived the same day we had planned to come. They were in constant communication and fantastic to work with. We’ve stayed in many different condos at many different properties, but my kids all said that this was their favorite by far. I am inclined to agree. We will definitely stay here again. Book this unit with confidence.

Perfect, exactly what we wanted!

This condo was amazing! Our little one loved the bunk beds, games and all the beach items in the storage closet. My husband and I loved the large balcony, great kitchen and master bedroom was wonderful! Thanks for making our first Family Vacation the best!

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I and another couple went for Labor Day weekend. We had the best trip. It wasn't crowded with no wait at the elevators! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean! The Beach Club has so many extra amenities for you as well. There are several pools and hot tubs on site! My husband and friend fished on the beach, and caught several. We will be going back! Yearly trip!

You also have the assurance that we insist on providing a vacation place that meets the expectations associated with resort vacations. We are hands-on and insist that our unit is clean and comfortable. In addition to the standard cleaning and fresh linens customarily provided for each visit we take cleanliness to another level. We insist that all comforters are freshly laundered before every guest arrives.

The Beach Club is a full service resort that provides a the greatest family vacation spot on Alabama's Gulf Coasts.

To secure dates a $200.00 must be paid. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check In and Check Out days may be restricted to avoid unbookable 1 or 2 day periods.

Reservation Down Payment: A reservation down payment of $200 of the rental amount is due and payable upon making a reservation. This reservation payment gets applied to the rental total. It is not a refundable deposit. You may pay your reservation down payment via VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If payment is made by check, ALBVR must receive check within ten (10) days of making said reservation. If a check has not been received within ten (10) days, such reservation shall be cancelled.

Reservation: Upon processing your initial reservation payment, you will receive written confirmation via email. Because you are responsible for the accuracy of your dates and unit, please check your confirmation carefully and call us immediately if any corrections are necessary, otherwise it will be assumed correct. Receipt of reservation deposit also implies that you have read, understand, and accept all Rental Terms & Conditions associated with this rental agreement.

Rental Payment: Full rental payment shall be due and payable thirty (30) days in advance of check-in date. If a last minute reservation is made (within 30 days of arrival date), the total amount shall be paid by credit card or cashier’s check, no checks will be accepted.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least a 30-day cancellation notice for condominium rentals and at least a 60-day cancellation notice for home rentals prior to your arrival date. Monthly rentals require at least a 90-day cancellation notice. If less than required notice is given, the entire rental amount will be held for lost rent, unless the property is rebooked for the same amount and same rental period. If notice is given within the cancellation period, the reservation deposit less a $35.00 reservation fee shall be returned, with no exceptions. Sorry, there are no refunds for late arrival or early departure, regardless of circumstance.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
