Villa Rialto Stay

  • 3 of 5

We had an enjoyable stay at Villa Rialto, but did have two issues during our time there. We didn’t have TV service the 1st day, and after numerous calls to the resort manager & Direct TV, our son-in-law simply turned the TV off for a short period & then turned it back on, and it worked fine! It was simply frozen!! It would have been nice if someone had suggested doing that to us. It would have saved a lot of time, phone calls, and a trip over by our son-in-law. Also the electricity was off two different times, once for a couple hours & the other time just a power surge. I know that was no one’s fault, but both times our hot water heater did not go back on after and we had to call the handyman, a very nice man! Something to do with the fact that the unit is run thru WiFi as it was explained to us. Having to call the handyman a second time was very annoying to us! The handyman said it could have been rectified if the owner would have it programmed correctly on his phone. If there was communication between the owner & the renter, the renter could call the owner to make the necessary adjustment on his phone, thus the renter would not have to call a handyman. All in all it was a good stay in a lovely home, but I do think these issues need to be addressed and we feel we should be compensated for our inconvenience.

Everything was as advertised.

  • 4 of 5

The good: Very well equipped with appliances and stocked with daily essentials ( Spices, soaps, toiletries etc). Location was easily accessible with all amenities close by. Condo was in very nice condition. Lindsay Baker was very attentive to our needs. The Bad: Condo was not as clean as would have expected. Dogs in attached Condo barked in the evenings.

Very nice, would highly recommend

Our stay was a little over 2 months while our new home was being built. The property was very nice, clean and well equipped. With 3 young boys we used the pool a lot and were usually the only ones there. Parking is a little tight but otherwise great property.

Clean, New, and made us feel like home!

  • 5 of 5

First time using VRBO! It was a positive experience. We had a few hiccups on the first day but with a top notch property manager, she fixed everything to perfection! Community is quiet, townhome tastefully decorated, kitchen is well supplied. We stayed in Mesa for work so didn't have much time to enjoy what the community had to offer. The Hub Bar and Grill is outstanding and withing walking distance! Thank you VRBO! We will be back!

A great place to call home away from home!

  • 4 of 5

Our stay at the Villa Rialto was wonderful!! The townhouse was very welcoming and accommodated our whole family easily. It had everything we needed in order to celebrate a Christmas away from home!! There were three good size rooms with plenty of space for storage of luggage and clothing. The bathrooms were good size and clean! We loved having the option to launder clothing, etc with a full size washing machine and dryer. Especially since we had a baby along!!

The only negative to the town house was that the one car garage. It was very small and a bit of squeeze to get into with our rental SUV. This was compounded with construction that was right behind the garage so it made it difficult to get into. Otherwise there was plenty of parking for guests to visit us during the week.

We did not use the pool due to the cold weather, but had it been warmer we would have. It looked very inviting as well as the small playground area. We were surprised however that the description said there was a work out room and when we arrived we found that the sales center was still in the soon to be work out room. Therefore we were not able to take advantage of exercising.

We had excellent customer service. They returned our calls immediately when we inquired about the pillows and the heat . Both were taken care of quickly! As a family we would stay here again in a heartbeat! We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. We look forward to hopefully staying again sometime soon!

Owner's Response: Thank you for visiting our home in Mesa. We understand some unforeseen delays in the developer's building scheduled caused some additional construction near our unit and the fitness center not being quite ready for working out. The construction will be closed out in the near future and we hope you can come stay again soon!

Nice vacation home

  • 5 of 5

My stay at this home was excellent and very enjoyable. The house was new, clean and beautifully decorated. The 3 bedrooms were nicely furnished with nice dressers and a large comfortable beds. It was very quiet in the evenings but daytime was a little noisy since there was still ongoing construction of several new units since the development is all new. Pool area was beautiful and will be even better when the construction next to it is completed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need for almost any meal you wish to prepare. We all really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and comfy home. Thank you for making it available.
