Entire, private apartment on 2nd Floor (approximately 15 stairs) with direct access; one off street parking space; access to laundry area on lower level.
Open communication at all times via text/phone/email. Not present at listing during guest's stay. Unit is completely private in a complex of only 4 units total.
Beacon Hill is a lovely neighborhood near Jefferson Park and Golf Course with newly created playground for children along with picnic and BBQ areas. New restaurants and shops. Public Library; Bank of America and Washington Federal.
Light Rail approximately 5 blocks away and Bus in front of complex. One Off Street Parking Spot.

* Report Any Damage or Excessive Dirt Created/Made During Your Stay for Resolution. (This includes food, sauces, beverages, personal hygene products, etc.)
KINDLY REMOVE SHOES. No shoes in the unit;
Keep the doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the unit; Respect all property and belongings in the unit; Keep the noise down to respect neighbors; Clean up any spills and messes; Report any damage (s) that occur during stay.
Keep floor dry; wash all kitchen ware as you use them; place all used and soiled pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses in dishwasher (do not leave on counter or place back in cupboards). Dispose of any trash in garbage.
Please do not flush anything but toilet paper in the toilet. Any and all sanitary products (Condoms, sanitary pads, tampons, etc.) are to be disposed of in the garbage and not exposed. Kindly wrap used sanitary items in toilet paper and then dispose of in the garbage.
FURNITURE & FIXTURES: Kindly leave as they are. Do not rearrange.
REPORT ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CREATED DURING STAY. ALL IS ACCOUNTED FOR BEFORE AND AFTER ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. MISSING AND BROKEN ITEMS WILL BE BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION ESPECIALLY IF IN EXCESS OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT

it met our needs
The apartment was spacious, within walking distance to our daughter , link, bus , grocery store , park and a few restaurants.
The apartment was adequately furnished and clean.
My husband and I love to keep up with current events and wished that msnbc and cnn were available.
Our host was very receptive when we needed help connecting to the wifi.
Nice clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment
We loved our stay in this apartment. It was very clean and welcoming. Beautiful morning light. It had an ottoman fold out bed which my adult daughter loved. Set up so you can cook at home. Made a wonderful spaghetti dinner for family. Wi-fi available. No cable but Redbox near by for movies. Stairs to get to apartment ,but very manageable. City life sounds present but found it added to experience. Walking distance to all forms of transportation. Restaurants nearby. Walking distance to beautiful views. We will definately look into staying here again on our next visit. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle looking for comforts of home within a reasonable budget. Thanks Tron

Clean, comfortable and everything I needed for a relaxing weekend.
Good Location, Good Folks
Location was very convenient to nearby light rail station. We never needed a car the entire week we were in Seattle. Also close to grocery options. Finally, the owners were good folks to work with - we had some scheduling difficulties and they were very flexible and responsive. And by the way, the unit was very nice!
I thought the stay was great. Went to Seattle by train visit my son. Was impressed by apartment and will look to stay again when I do this!
