Charming 3 bedroom home in Lawton Woods area of Sea Pines minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sea Pines. This home was just updated and remodeled of April 2015 and is new to the rental market. Offering new furnishings, décor don’t miss the chance to be one of the first to discover how nice this Pet Friendly professionally decorated home is.

Home is located in beautiful, quiet Lawton Woods. Minutes from the beautiful white sandy beaches and Beach Club. The Nature Preserve is literally right in your back yard and accessible through the path from the back yard. Enjoy everything Sea Pines has to offer, Beach, Harbor Town, Golf, Bike, South Beach and the famous Salty Dog Café, Horse Back Riding, Sea Kayaking and more. This location is quiet, private and so close to everything.

Master Bedroom has new luxurious King Bed, large flat panel TV, ceiling fan, private en suite bathroom and double patio door with access to patio.

Second Bedroom has new Queen Bed, access to full bath. Lots of space in this bedroom making a great retreat.

Third Bedroom has 2 bunk beds. 1 with double bed and pull out trundle, large flat panel TV with DVD player. This room is a great area for kids to hang out and watch movies or play games.

Newly remodeled Kitchen with real hardwood floors is bright and has been opened up to the rest of the home and also has access to back porch. Bistro table with seating for 4. New refrigerator this kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. New plates, glasses, utensils and appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, blenders etc. are all provided. Washer/Dryer tucked into the back for your use.

With a great open floor plan with real hard wood floors, relax on the new sectional sofa and lounger and chairs while enjoying the view through the sliders to the back yard and the Nature Preserve directly behind our home. Sometimes the deer will pay a visit for us. New large flat panel TV with DVD player and cable or use your device with the free high speed WiFi to watch Netflix from your computer or device. Enormous dining room table with seating for 8 to enjoy large family meals together.

Enjoy the large private back yard with new patio furniture under the enormous canopy created by the live oaks. Build a fire in the outdoor fireplace and reminisce about the day’s adventures or make some smores with the family. Bring an ENO and hang it from one of the many trees. Enjoy the brand new Stainless Steel 5 burner grill on the patio adjacent to the kitchen will be great for those BBQ’s after spending a great day at the beach or golfing.

Guests have access to Sea Pines amenities including swimming pools (pool access at additional cost), the All NEW Beach Club & the All NEW Plantation Golf Club both with great restaurants, equestrian center, forest preserve, Harbor Town, and more. The newly built Beach Club has 2 restaurants, deli, ice cream, gift shop, two bars, outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy and is less than 5 minutes away by bike.

This location is perfect for everyone. Beach is easy 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Lawton Stables is less than 300 yards away and accessible by trail directly through back yard. There is a beautiful lake just 200 yards away adjacent to Forest Preserve and all its bike and walking paths with great views of wildlife or fishing. Beautiful, clean, updated home in a great location at a tremendous value.

Great location.

Overall a wonderful experience. A few small issues, light bulbs out and the outdoor patio and area could be cleaned up. A outdoor shower would be a great addition also!

Tranquil location wonderful nature watching.

We were very happy with our stay. Home was well kept and furnishings were very comfortable. Backyard was very quiet and the birds we saw were amazing. A pair of owls, large red headed wood pecker, red tail hawk, osprey, cardinals and more. We saw 4 deer walk right past the back yard on the nature trail. Beach was a 10 minute walk. Sea Pines beach is amazing and the Beach Club has a great walk up restaurant. Based on our search this home is a great value.

The appliances needed to be wiped down, some of the light switches were caked with dirt, the bathrooms were very dark, no dressers to put your clothes, the curtains seemed ill fitting. The layout and furniture was nice. The towels were poor quality and one of the wash rags needed thrown away.

We have just recently hired a new house cleaning service and we will share your feedback with them about the cleanliness and the linens. If you ever have an issue with something like this please contact the property manager and they will make sure the cleaning service comes out right away and takes care of it. Like being in Jurassic park.

We loved the location of this home. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio under the canopy of trees listening and watching the birds. We were in our own sanctuary. We also enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach with the kids. There were bike paths to follow from the home making it a nice ride. We also liked the wide open family room. A great place to gather together. The bedrooms suited our needs. My parents in the master, my husband and I in the guest and the kids in the bunk room. My only complaint would be the towel bars. They are very flimsy. Minor detail though. For the price, I thought this was a great value.

Sea Pines Resort has lots to offer its guests and as a guest of this home you get to enjoy them all. The Sea Pines Beach Club - also newly renovated - is just about a mile from the house. There is plenty of parking for beach guests and your Sea Pines pass gets you free parking and access to the amazing amenities there including restaurants, bathroom and changing rooms and gorgeous ocean vistas. You also have access to the Sea Pines Fitness Center quite close to the house, and miles and miles of bike paths with gorgeous views. Harbour Town is less than a mile from the house where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, a large children's playground and lots of local entertainers. Grab the Sea Pines trolley from the Sea Pines Center or Harbour Town and enjoy a tour of the resort. Great family fun!
