Aloha Kakou,

I'm Loren and I am a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker and I am the broker-in-charge and partner of Graham Properties Inc., a family-owned real estate firm.

In my role, I manage new agents and oversees the firm’s marketing, advertising and promotion.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I earned my real estate license in 2005. Before that, I lived in Japan where I taught English and surfed.

With the rapidly expanding international buyers/sellers, I have been invited abroad multiple times do give educational seminars on Hawaii's real estate buying and selling process. Being born and raised in Hawaii and having lived in Japan for a short while, I have identified the need to bridge the cultural gap that can lead to miscommunication, misconceptions, and hardships. In order to help bridge this gap, I have implemented the "after care" program which gives support to new residents to help them adjust to Hawaii life.

I volunteer with Na Kama Kai, teaching children water safety, surfing and ocean environmental awareness.

Give it a day...

When we first walked in I was not happy at all...it was a little small but as the days went by we fell in love with it...just enough space for us and sooo close to the beach just what we wanted! I didn't go to Hawaii to spend it inside of a room or spend thousands of dollars on a room so it was perfect! It had everything we needed & the convenient store downstairs was open 24 hours so it was great! Parking in Waikiki sucks (keep that in mind) they do have a garage for 25$ per day and you can go in & out of in those 24hrs so that worked out great! Overall we were happy!

Mixed - is this what you get at this price?

Pluses: Room was clean and good location

Minuses: AC was noisy, linens and furnishings old, bed was lumpy and no place to park a car. Had to pay for public parking at $25-30 per day.

Unit is a little outdated, and the kitchen amenities are less than what we've had before at similar properties in this building... but, for the price and the location, We would definitely stay again!
