Visit our home away from home! Please feel free to contact us directly at 404-372-3379 or 770-949-2273. Right across from 'the world's most beautiful beach'. Our home is a Non-smoking, non-pet unit. This a beautiful 1500+ sq. ft spacious condo. It has all the amenities you could ever want during your vacation! Free secure WIFI and Netflix's. There is a patio located right outside with a concrete picnic table w/umbrella and gas grill. The resort has a beach clubhouse w/bar&grill and beach side pool, 11 pools (some heated) inside the resort, 6 tennis courts (some lighted), shuffleboard, free mini-golf, playground area, 24hr security, a beautiful lagoon that goes through out the complex. The Gulf Highlands community is known as one of the most friendliest resorts in the PCB area. 234 Grand Island Blvd. unit is located in the front of the resort and a short walk to the beach. At the back of our patio is one of the lagoons in the complex.

Our place is located within walking distance from Johnny Rockets Cosmic Bowling, Arcade & Roller Skating, Restaurants, shopping and numerous other fun activities. We are in close proximity to Pineapple Willie's, Spinnaker's, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works Museum, Flowbee Wave Pool, Pier Park, Shipwreck Island, Hooter's. We had a wonderful time at the beach and your townhome was a big part of that. The walk to the beach was an easy 5-8 minutes. The townhome was exactly as described. Your quick response to my questions and assistance while there was awesome. My wife greatly appreciated being able to park directly in front of our unit and not having to carry all of our stuff from a parking garage to the 8th or 9th floor of a highrise unit. Beautiful and relaxing!!

We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again! Our daughter loved feeding the fish and turtles right off the deck. It was completely fenced in so I didn't have to worry at all about her being out there. The house was very nice and well kept. It was nice to have a comfortable bed! It was a quick walk to the beach and the ocean was pretty blue and clear with white sand beach. We loved it!! We were there for the 4th of July and everywhere you looked down the beach was excellent fireworks. Never seen so many at one time. The owners were very nice and friendly. It was a great vacation!!

This condo was lovely.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. I have been staying in Panama City off and on for 30 years. I started staying at Gulf Highlands about 6 years ago. This is by far my favorite condo. The kids had a great time on the back deck watching the turtles every morning. Owners are very friendly.

All the comforts and more!!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 weeks July 30th through August 13th 2016.The condo was very, very nice. We had plenty of room and with 3 teenagers space was important! We were located across the street from the biggest pool and a short 5 minute walk to the sand.The gated community was quiet and clean. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Sandy the owner was one of the most friendliest owners I have had the pleasure of renting from, she even sent back an item I left at the condo! Our favorite part was the deck and lagoon. The turtles in the lagoon were a family favorite each evening. We absolutely loved this condo, Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Perfect stay

We stayed July 18, 2015( I'm a year late posting and it wouldn't let me put the correct date in above)for a week. We have a large family with small children and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kids felt at home. The kitchen was completely stocked. The biggest pool of the neighborhood is across the street, steps away. It's a 5 minute walk to beach, you do have to cross the street, but the neighborhood has its own restaurant with a ramp for easy beach access. We were unable to stay this year (we just expanded our family), but we will back in 2017 and are looking forward to it!

We had an excellent week at this comfortable, clean and well furnished condo.

Our stay at 234 Grand Island Blvd was delightful. The condo is updated with the latest kitchen appliances and furnishings , pleasingly decorated and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our week's stay at the beach. The Gardner's were a delight to work with and very accessible and helpful in resolving a couple of minor issues we encountered.
