Colleen lived in Mexico as a teen and feels so fortunate to be able to share her love of the Mexican culture, language and lifestyle with her friends and family. Tim has an interest in paddle boarding and fishing. He has dabbled in learning the arts of making the perfect salsa, while Sean (Colleen's brother) works on blending the superior margarita. Grandpa Lloyd is usually found on the veranda practicing his banjo and telling Alaskan fishing stories with the local fishermen.

There are beaches that can feel like they are 'private' in nature and others where you can shop, eat and enjoy the sun. Costa Alegre has something for everyone.

What a wonderful home!
The property has everything you need. The beds are comfortable as is the entire home. I have difficulty with stairs, so I don't know how many more times I can enjoy this lovely place as the kitchen and living quarters are above. Fortunately, most people wouldn't have a problem and two baths and two bedrooms are on the ground floor which helped. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the ample deck.
We can't wait to go back. Super quiet, clean seaside village. Beautiful beach, great beach bars/restaurants. Unreal hosts. House is exactly like the pix. Really comfortable beds. Thanks for everything.

What a marvelous getaway. Casa Navidad was so very beautiful. We visited with our adult son, 89 yr old aunt, husband, myself and tiny dogs. The home itself was very accommodating. It had a fabulous view. The dining area faces the ocean and every night we could watch the magnificent sunsets. The master bedroom was very private with windows to let in the cool night breeze. The kitchen had great views of ocean and lush hillsides. The garden area was set up so you could lie in the shade of palm trees quietly by yourself away from pool area and house.
We were able to take our aunt in a wheelchair to the beach area to restaurants and onto the beach itself because of disability ramps. The fresh seafood just 1 block away from house was delicious.
The owners and property manager together made our visit outstanding and have bent over backward to make us happy. We have booked Casa Navidad for 2017 already. Cuestecomates is a secret little paradise.
