This beautiful NEW beachfront condominium is a secure/gated complex, was built in 2004 and with only 15 units it is never crowded. This is the most luxurious Condo at the Dunes Club and on beautiful Cape San Blas - featuring numerous upgrades including granite countertops, travertine marble floors, special lighting and travertine marble showers, one that includes body sprays.
You'll be swept away with the breezy West Indies furnishing throughout, including Casa Blanca style ceiling fans and palm tree accents. The living area has a soft oversized sleeper sofa, DSL, Cable TV, VCR/DVD stereo with CD player and sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck overlooking the pool, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A wonderfully large well stocked kitchen featuring a granite wrap around counter that seats six - perfect for casual dining and entertaining.
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, cable TV, VCR/DVD with sliding glass doors that lead to the deck overlooking the Gulf. It also has it's own private bathroom with walk-in, travertine marble shower with body sprays. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and an adjoining bathroom featuring a travertine tub/shower. The third bedroom is delightfully decorated in a nautical theme with bunk beds and cable TV and VCR.
The large covered deck overlooks the beach and pool with a table for six, loungers for relaxing and ceiling fans to cool those warm summer days.

Cape San Blas reminded us of Old Florida. Wide sandy beaches - quiet and uncrowded, a great place for families or honeymooners. We fell in love with our unit on first site. My favorite pass time is late mornings in bed with a good book watching the blue waters of the Gulf and listening to the waves. Our beachfront condo is a little slice of heaven.
Dunes Club is a new, quiet, small 15 unit gated ocean front community with elevator, private pool, boat & trailer storage, covered parking. 2-C is truly the nicest unit in the building with
granite countertops, travetine marble floors and showers (master shower has body sprays), large covered deck, comfortable West Indies furnishings, luxuriously comfortable beds and much, much more.
The condo was great! The kitchen was well equipped, and the grill looked brand new. Everything in the condo was clean, and we could tell you take pride and add a personal touch to make it even more confortable. The decor was pretty, and the balcony was large and roomy. Thank you for the great accommodations!
The beach home was magnificently and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was amazing and incredibly outfitted with every imaginable item needed to prepare a wonderful meal...the beds were heavenly to sleep in and it was nice having television in all the rooms, even the bunk room! This was the perfect place to spend a winter vacation...the beach was desolate and full of shells for anyone wanting to pick some up...even though the water was a little too cool to swim in there was plenty to do on the beach. The location at the south end of the Cape made it very convenient to Port St. Joe, Indian Pass and Apalach...We've spent many years coming to the Cape and I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend some time here. We hope to definitely return!!!!
Wonderful vacation at this beautiful beach front condo. This condo is spacious, spectacularly furnished with a very well stocked kitchen. We found the beds extremely comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the unobstructed and great views of the beach from the second floor expansive lanai. You are close enough to hear the waves crashing on shore from the condo. Access to the beach is a short walk via a board walk directly accessible from the property. The beach is uncrowded with miles of beautiful white sand to leisurely stroll along. If you love shelling this is the spot! We found some real gems along our long shoreline walks. We also were thrilled that the beach is pet friendly and the condo provided essential pet supplies for our little guy.
The condo provides a couple of luggage carts that makes carrying luggage and belongings up to the second floor via the elevator a breeze. We also found that wi-fi was excellent enough for us to stream programming from our Apple box without buffering. Although we didn't use the pool we could see that it was clean and well maintained.
If you are looking for a well appointed condo with beautiful natural surroundings without the congestion of a Daytona Beach or Panama City this is your place. Nature prevails here with lots of open and natural space. The perfect get away with all of the comforts of home!
The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd were responsive and friendly. You can't go wrong if you are looking for rest and relaxation. We are looking forward to many more future visits. Very special place!
We just came back from a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! When they say pet friendly, they mean it! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed or could have wanted, including a pet bed and pet dishes!! Our lab Elli loved her beach vacation! Beautiful beach front! Kitchen was very well equipped and gorgeous, its even prettier in person! Beds were very comfortable, and the master bath shower is outstanding! We had a great relaxing week that included bonfires on the beach, fresh fish cooked on the gas grill, daily beach adventures, paddle boarding and lots of sunshine! The owners were very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo!! We'll be back!!
The condo is beautiful and exactly how pictured. The boardwalk photo looks longer than it is, really. It's a quick walk to the beach, where you'll find white sand and lovely waves. We liked the storage room by our parking for beach toys, chairs and we even used the owners' cart one day. It's so nice to have a place outside of the condo so that you don't drag as much sand into the living area. The pool was immaculate. Everything in the condo is relaxing and clean. We loved it! Easy rental process and quick return of deposit check.
Best overall description: WONDERFUL. This condo is very well equipped & supplied as stated. It was clean & ready to occupy even though we arrived a little early. The elevator is a huge plus for us. There was adequate grass areas for walking our 2 small dogs. The long walk down the wood gang-plank like walkway is greatly rewarded with a quiet, sandy beach where you can sit & enjoy the sun & surf; swim or fish or walk all the way to the point. Shell collectors dream. The owners even graciously offer their beach chairs & cart for your use. The kitchen has every thing you need to cook & there is extra bedding etc. The porch is a great place to hang out & feel the breeze. We love going to Indian Pass Raw Bar for seafood. The ONLY drawback is that the sun sets in the opposite direction from the beach! LOL
We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo on a beautiful stretch of beach. The owners have thought of everything a guest might need. We brought our two dogs, a shih tzu and Cavalier King Charles. They loved the condo and the beach. The elevator was perfect for our aging shih tzu. Loved not having to carry her up and down stairs. We spent a lot of time enjoying the huge balcony with its' gorgeous view of the ocean. Thanks for sharing this perfect piece of paradise!
