This relaxing two-bedroom, beach house is perfectly located just 2 blocks from Linda Lane Park and the historic San Clemente Pier. It's a 1 minute walk to downtown where you'll find great restaurants, shops and day spas. You can walk everywhere!

You will feel right at home in this clean and fully furnished apartment. Saltillo tile floors and plenty of windows allow for ocean breezes and an abundance of natural lighting.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed for a total of 3 beds. Ample closet and drawer space make the bedroom comfortable for a stay of a month or more. The apartment is perfect for 4-5 guests but can accommodate two additional persons on a queen size futon couch in the living room.

This unit also comes with beach equipment (cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, some kids wet suits) as well as an outdoor shower, washer and dryer that can be used during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove complete with all the dishes, glasses, and cooking equipment when you don't feel like eating out at the very popular San Clemente restaurants.

There's a private back patio equipped with a gas grill, fireplace, outdoor dining table and umbrella for evenings you feel like grilling or relaxing outside.

My wife and I moved to San Clemente from NY City when we started our family. Our thought was if we had to live in one place and travel was limited why not live where it wouldn't matter! We now have 3 children and have taken them all over the world but it just helps us appreciate how special San Clemente is. We are confident you will feel the same way.

In 2000 we bought the worst house on the block and completely renovated it to make it our home. We redesigned the front yard to include a patio surrounded by palm trees to give it privacy. Since then we have had many guests stay in our vacation rental who all tell us that they felt right at home here. We hope you enjoy your visit here and become a repeat visitor.

Good rental with potential to be great.

I actually rate this a 3.5 out of five - not quite good enough to be a four. There is a lot to like about this rental. It is close to the beach, Delmar street and is very central. San Clemente is a gorgeous sleepy beach town. Lewis the Property Manager was very easy to work with. The exterior of the house is well kept, the patio is beautiful. There are boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs. On the flip side there was a few things that absolutely need to be addressed. The house was clean with the exception of the white tub in the bathroom which was black at the bottom (gross). There is a nice bbq but the grill was so rusted and caked with food it was virtually non usable. I know cast iron grates can get rusty (no big deal) but this one was actually disintegrating in some places. The front of the fridge is completely rusty (more of a cosmetic thing) and there are missing or broken trays inside. The owner has installed beautiful new ceiling fans. Unfortunately the two in the kitchen/living room were non operational for our entire 10 day stay (Lewis did try to have them fixed). It got very hot at points in the day. We borrowed a floor fan from our family who live in the area which helped a bit. There were only four bath towels for the five of us (no beach towels) and no dish rags (there were three tea towels). Much of the furniture was tired and in need of replacement. The reclining chair was ripped and quite worn on the seat, the futon cover was in need of a good wash and some of the dresser drawers were hard to close. For such a beautiful house I think if the owners spend a little bit of money on the details, it could be great. If they did I would stay there again

Perfect!

Great rental. Traveled with my three children ages 5-11 and my mother. This place was perfect for us. Within walking distance of everything San Clemente. Convenient parking in the driveway, CLEAN and organized accommodations. Sand toys, boogie boards, washer/dryer, private patio, Next time we're in the neighborhood, we're looking here, first. Could not have been more comfortable.

Clean and Close to the Beach

If your looking for a place to Vaca down by the beach, this is it. I needed a place in San Clemente for 4 of my in-laws to stay while they were in town (my place is to small), and this place just happen to be available and it was PERFECT. They stayed in the 2 bedroom in the back. It was clean and had all of the amenities. It was close to the beach, in fact, walking distance to the park, beach, pier, and downtown. My in-laws enjoyed the food in town and the great weather. I stopped by to see how they were doing and after a day at the beach, and found them chilling next to a warm fire in the back yard, eating some Pedros (a local favorite), and sipping on an IPA from Pizza Port. What a life. I recommend this place to anyone who loves the beach, or needs some spare room for the in-laws. Thanks!
