About Vacasa, CA- Inland Empire Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great, clean and well furnished property

Very enjoyable stay. Fire place & hot tub was an added value. Snow shower is unique and amazing in that area. Will of course come back again.

Good location nice quick trip

 • 4 of 5

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a fun trip. Everything went well the hot tub and fireplace made the house special. My recommendation to the owner is to please update some furniture. We knew going in from other reviews that furniture was broken. The first night we slept in the nice master bedroom but the bed frame is broken and it was uncomfortable. Also the blinds in the master bedroom were broken or missing so there was no privacy. Standing outside you can see straight into the master bedroom. So for the last 2 nights we used the second bedroom. Also the couch in the living room is caved in and don't sit on the bench in the dinning room it's very unstable. Other than the furniture needing some updates I would have given a 5 star. Thanks for the stay!

Owner's Response: We apologize for the inconveniences this guest experienced. The master bedroom bed frame has been fixed, the bench at the kitchen table has been tightened, and an appliance tech has taken care of the dishwasher. Thank you!

Fish cabin

 • 3 of 5

Cabin itself was great. Furnishings left much to be desired. Couch was aweful, bed has no box springs so you were practically on the floor, outside patio set seats were for lounging, not eating. DVR with no instructions in how to use, no television. With better furnishings I might recommend, but not as it is now.

I would use vacasa again, but only after asking more questions about the property. Ours was very clean, staff was great, location fine, biggest complaint is the furnishings.

Owner's Response: We are sorry to see that this guest was not more comfortable during their stay. The home does have a TV set with access to Netflix and a DVD player, but there is no cable. The couch is only 16 months old, and the beds are IKEA beds with spars so that box springs are unnecessary.
