The 'Agriturismo del Talozzo' is located in S. Anastasio, immersed in the countryside surrounding the town of Arezzo, at around 5 Kms distance from the city centre.
The Agriturismo is made of the Country House (the Villa padronale), lived by the Deni family, and the old Farmer House, which is used as accommodation for the Guests.
The Agriturismo is part of the Organic Farm (Azienda Biologica) "Olivia Deni", which produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil labeled "Olio di Olivia" and breeds horses from the Maremmano breed.
The Apartment reserved for the Guests has an independent entrance and a private garden shadowed by centuries-old citron trees. It is well suited for two people or a small family and has a bright living room with furnished cooking area, one double bedroom and restroom. Olivia Deni organic Farm produces mainly extra virgin olive oil, branded as 'Olio di Olivia'.
Olives are produced from the secular olive grove overlooking the S. Anastasio hills. The olive varietes are tipical of the Arezzo countryside terroir (around 600 plants of frantoio, moraiolo, pendolino, leccino).
