The place was very clean, updated and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

The property was located in the ideal location for walking around all of the sites, restaurants and bars downtown Denver has to offer. The only difficulty we had was with the size of the spot in the parking garage. It was not ideal for a larger vehicle. Luckily there were many other nearby parking options for a reasonable price. We had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Location and Condo

  • 5 of 5

Thanks Josh for all the help and hospitality of your loft. The location couldn't be better. There were three of us and we had more than enough room. The place was clean. My only suggestions would be update the lower futon mattress and maybe fix the lock on the door to the balcony. Otherwise, things were perfect. Thanks again.

If you like a great location

  • 5 of 5

Easy to find. Close to everything and comfortable loft. Lots of great food nearby (found a Thai peanut sauce dish that was the closest we found since Portland's Saigon Kitchen in '92). Two things to repeat: There are homeless people on the streets, so be aware and you should be fine. Parking is tight, mid-size should do it. Bring a designated backer-upper ( my wife is the pro ) because it will be the best choice getting in and out of the garage. Josh has a nice place and he made it easy to use.

We will not hesitate to book again! Highly recommended!!

I could make a list of pros and cons but we'd be here all day with the pros. The location is great, the apartment is beautiful and spacious and incredibly comfortable - we felt right at home. There are too many great restaurants, bars, activities, etc. in the immediate area to list but at the same time it is very close to the highway making it easy and quick to get to the mountains or anywhere else in the Denver area. The balcony is a perfect people-watching stoop and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. On nights where we were tired from being in the mountains, we got wine from around the corner, food from across the street and played pool while we watched Netflix - easy stress-free vacation time! We did run into someone being in our parking spot a few times, or the door to the garage being blocked in the alley-way - but if you wait just a few moments, someone will always show up to move. The immediate neighborhood does have a lot of people milling about asking for money and/or food, especially at night - so just a heads up. But it is no different from any major city downtown area, just be on the lookout and use common sense as far as not walking alone at night. We highly recommend this property and will definitely book here again!

This is an excellent condo with a location that cannot be beat!

  • 4 of 5

This place was a great place to see the entire downtown area. The condo is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are top notch. The living room, kitchen, and pool table were great and just as the pictures show (kegerator does not have beer, fyi). Things to consider before booking: there is no door on the second bedroom with the bunk beds. The underground parking situation is VERY tight, we were in a Toyota Sequoia and it took several of us to make sure we didn't hit any other cars in the lot to get it in the spot. The lower bunk bed (a futon) if hard as a rock.

Despite the above mentioned things this place was fantastic for three guys on a business trip who also wanted to visit all the great things in downtown. Might not be so great for two couples if anyone is fussy about sleeping in bunk beds with no bedroom door.

the sleeping arrangements for 6, are 2 in the master king bed, one in the top of the bunk bed, 2 on the bottom of the bunk bed (this is small for 2 adults and better suited for 2 children or one adult), and one on the couch (this is not a fold out couch but does recline on both ends)
