the sleeping arrangements for 6, are 2 in the master king bed, one in the top of the bunk bed, 2 on the bottom of the bunk bed (this is small for 2 adults and better suited for 2 children or one adult), and one on the couch (this is not a fold out couch but does recline on both ends)

Property was very spacious and well maintained. Good location; easy walk to numerous restaurants and bars. Just a couple of blocks from our favorite breakfast spot--Snooze.

Great Place to Stay

Two buddies and I continued our annual ballpark trip where we visit a different ballpark each year. This is a great location for attending Coors Field or visiting the Denver downtown. The unit was clean, modern and meet our high expections.

Very nice condo. Nice furniture, very comfortable. Like the condo not the location. Does lack some basic amenities i.e. Not enough Cookware, towels, cable. Did not always feel safe in this location.

Owner's Response: hi Perry I am sorry you felt this was a un-safe area. this is in fact very safe area of Denver, I know the homeless population can cause some people concern, however all of Denver has the same issue with homeless. this is actually one of the safest areas of downtown, with many great boutique shops and family activity's, I have lived here for 2.5 years with my wife and 2 year old, and never felt any danger. thank you for your stay
