Alicia Gonzalez purchased this House in 2011
Why Alicia Gonzalez chose Palm Desert
Ideally located by surrounding desert cities, Casa Santa Barbara boasts an ideal proximity for year-round seasonal events and recreation in the Coachella Valley. With unparalleled views to the San Jacinto Mountains everywhere you look, this is a warm and restful vacation retreat. A vehicle is recommended; however, there are many local taxicab companies, as well as the SunLine Transit Agency's bus line. If visiting the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the BNP Paribas Open in March, it is 2 miles away (a 5-minute drive). If attending the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals in April, the Empire Polo Club is about 8 miles away (a 15-minute drive, depending on traffic and road closures).

Great House with plenty of spaces
We stayed during 118 degrees weather and the AC was working great. Plenty of spaces with 5 bedrooms and all of us enjoyed 3 night stay at this house. Alicia, the manager, came out personally during checkin time to make sure everything was working.correct and.operational. Thanks Alicia!!!
Great house for large group
Had a great experience renting this house. It had plenty of rooms and parking spaces. Alicia was very friendly and responsive.
Great family property
We enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. Alicia was very helpful and accommodating to our family group. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The large porch in the back yard with shade was wonderful for the kids.
Overall it was very good and Alicia responded immediately to any request.
Overall we had an excellent time and Alicia addressed any issues immediately. For a home of that size there should be more glasses (especially wine) and serving dishes. We would also suggest an aggressive scrubbing of the tile floors.
Alicia was very helpful and readily available. We really enjoyed the property. Would definitely recommend!
Perfect weekend getaway!
The house was clean and spacious enough for 12 ladies to enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend away from our normally hectic lives. We plan to return for a longer stay in the future.
