This traditional stone holiday apartment in Bridge of Allan has undergone a recent, high specification refurbishment but has retained its period detail. The welcoming reception hall leads on to a light, bright lounge area with two comfortable leather couches and a dining area looking out over the front garden. There is a separate contemporary kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave and a newly upgraded bathroom with a shower, bathtub and under floor heating. The apartment sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 x singles, 1 x Double and 1 x Single.

To the rear of the property is a private, southeast facing terraced garden with views of Stirling Castle (on a clear day). The garden has a small, decked area and also picnic bench. On street parking available.

Wi-Fi, Sky TV, Egyptian cotton linen and towels are all inclusive.

Area Located just north of the 19th Century Victorian spa town of Stirling, this property is well situated near the centre of the Bridge of Allan with its specialist shops, cafes and restaurants. Less than 2 miles away lies the National Wallace Monument which explores the life and legacy of the Scottish Guardian and martyr Sir William Wallace. The pinnacle of the monument lends itself to panoramic views stretching out towards Loch Lomond, The Pentland Hills, Fife and The Firth of Forth.

The Allanwater Brewery has been a must see since its doors opened in 1997; and with tours, brewing demonstrations and cask ale tastings being absolutely free, we can see why.

Bridge of Allan, nestled in the wooded countryside below the Ochil Hills is a great spot to explore with over 400 local walks. It is also within easy reach of train links to Stirling, Glasgow, Perth and Dundee.

Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. TS Properties have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.

Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.

If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday / cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the TS Holiday Lets website. Booking Protect is an independent company and in no way related to TS Holiday Lets.
