Our cozy 4 Bedroom right on the 4o'clock ski run has all amenities - hot tub on the deck, fronting the preservation area (sledding right in front), great views of peak 8 and peak 7, flat screen TVs in all rooms, netflix streaming, Internet Music streaming, premium Internet speed & service, Surround sound home theater in family room, whole house music system, fireplace and garage.

Overall 4 cozy bedrooms (all beds now have 1,500 count Egyptian cotton lines and new high end towels in all bathrooms):

Two bedrooms in the separate lower floor 'mother-in-law' apartment: -Lower living room area has a twin-over queen log furniture bed. Next door bedroom has a twin-over king log furniture bed. These two rooms share a bathroom.

- Upstairs we have a queen bedroom with it's own bathroom, views of the town of Breckenridge and Mount Baldy and the master bedroom with a handmade oversized king bed - extensive view of the ski area, Peak 9, Peak 8 and Peak 7. Master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen/family room area has a half bathroom as well. This bathroom is the first that has been remodeled in May 2016 - all others will follow.

Walk or ski/snowboard to town. Heated garage and hot spa on upper deck (New $1,000 Weber Gas Grill on deck) with amazing views of peak 8 (highest lift in N America) and peak 7 and for stargazing at night. Very quiet and private. Great hiking right off the home in the summer. Plenty of art, log furniture and premium high-speed internet, premium TV channels, Netflix streaming and whole house music system.

We love the outdoors, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, rafting and alike. We get around a lot but always looking forward to return to Breckenridge, CO. We think Breckenridge is a very special place that has much more to offer than exceptional skiing. In fact we enjoy the summers here just as much and we think this little mountain town has amazing restaurants and great shopping, too. In short: we are proud to call Breckenridge home.

Why Till von Ruexleben chose Northwest

Great location - walk everywhere. Our guest rave about the sledding right in front of the home (lots of sleds for our guests in the garage) and the fact that it faces the preservation area. When you ski in a larger group, ski-in and ski-out is hard to beat - if one member of the group is tired, no need for everybody to return - no more cold skiboots and changing on the parking lot. Short walk to the Nordic Ski Center on Ski Hill Road. Our home has a Lutron light system - most all lights are on dimmers - for the perfect setting for your taste. In 2014 we installed a new high-efficiency gas fireplace. 6 temperature zones allow you to set the temperature in every room to you likings. Listen to international radio stations with streaming music - up to 5 different music sources in different rooms at the same time. Our deck has sunshine from shortly after sunrise all the way to sunset. We are very meticulous about our home - expect to find it sparkling clean and equipped with everything you will need for an outstanding vacation.

With the 2014 extension (23% in size) of the ski area (Peak 6), it is easy to avoid lift lines in Breckenridge - you can ski as much as you like.

What makes this house unique

Ski right off our garage to the Snowflake lift, to town or the gondola. Great home for entertainment: All-day sunny deck with Hot Tub and views of the ski area and Mount Baldy. Short walk to the Nordic Ski Center on Ski Hill Road. Of course the home also has a washer and dryer and a ski-boot dryer for our guests. Use the free bus system by walking a few steps to Ski Hill Road.

Fantastic ski in/ski out condo in Breckenridge

Fantastic ski in/ski out condo in Breckenridge. Roomy, well appointed and great location. Everything you need to enjoy a weekend, to a week or longer. Owners are terrific to work with.

Feels like home

This vacation house is spacious, tastefully decorated and located on a quiet street with private parking. Additionally, it is the perfect distance from downtown, very close to the ski lifts and other popular ski resorts are a stone’s throw away. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival and stocked with a couple days’ worth of necessities. The best way to sum up our groups sentiment about this house is “it feels like home”. It may in fact, be a little more comfortable than home because, there is a very well maintained hot tub and among other high tech amenities, it has multizone heating so everyone can set room temperature they like. In the unlikely event an issue does arise, the owner responds very quickly to email.

Family Ski Vacation

Great place to rent in Breckenridge and owner is a pleasure to work with (responsive to emails in a timely manner and accommodating to request). There is plenty of room for 2 families to share and the unit is in a good location. You can see skiers on 4'clock run from the back deck and it is a short drive to town and grocery store. The property is clean and well maintained and has some nice upgrades including the music system, heated garage and extremely soft sheets. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after skiing each day. We cooked several meals during our stay and had everything (pots/pans/dishes) needed to do so. We have a diverse group of skiers and boarders so we were looking for a place that everyone could come and go as needed. The location of the unit makes it very easy to get to and from the slopes. There is a pathway to the slopes just a couple of units down from this unit. It takes less than a minute to get on the slopes and we used the same path to get home. While it was not an issue for our group, I think it is worth mentioning that in order to get on snowflake lift, you have to ski about 100 to 150 yards down the hill from the unit and then take off your skis and walk across the road to get on the lift. Again, this was not an issue for us, but someone renting the unit may find this info useful. We love the town of Breckenridge and it is one of our favorite places to ski (beautiful, lots of wide trails, plenty of green, blue and black). We had a great time and the only bad thing about the trip was having to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Owner's Response: Susann and her family were fantastic guests that took very good care of our home. We would love to have her back. As for the mentioned access to the Snowflake lift - you can actually - snow permitting - ski across the 4o'clock road a few yards below our home and ski right up to the lift. I'll make sure to add this tip to our home instructions. As "morning access" lift which allows to ski directly to both, peak 8 and 9 (and from there to all the other peaks), Snowflake lift is only used once a day to get to all the other lifts.

Wonderful house in the perfect Ski-In/Ski-Out location

Very quiet neighborhood with regular views of fox, deer, elk and moose. Short walk to the Nordic Ski Center on Ski Hill Road, short walk (down 4 o' clock road or ski run) to town. We often stay without a car and use the Airport Shuttle and the free Breckenridge bus system or the gondola for errants. We enjoy the locals hangout 'Angel's Hollow' and the French bakery (amazing bread and cakes) "La Francaise". Breckenridge is a quaint mountain town with too many great restaurants to list - most offer great dished and drinks for Happy Hour - can't go wrong at 'Hearthstone' - never had a bad meal there.
