These are a spacious 45 square meters typical Tuscan apartments located on the ground floor of the main villa. They can accomodate up to 4/5 people. They have a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
They are just the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Their welcoming and private patio furnished with table and chairs, gives you direct access to the garden and is close to the pool.

Guests of Boschi di Montecalvi have access to the stunning infinity pool and the surrounding mediterranean garden; within the 120 acres property there are also miles and miles of trails to walk and explore the natural landscape, learning about the local flora and fauna. Mountain bikes enthusiasts will find their paradise here!
The restaurant inside the property offers local - traditional, home made food. We make our own bread and pasta, have a large brazier and brick oven for pizza, and use local organic produce to satisfy even vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, paleo and many more dietary needs.
There's a parking available for guests and we encourage you to come with your own car or rent one, as the property is set within a natural park with no public transport.
The entire property can also be reserved for larger groups, family reunions, company events, weddings etc, with sleeping space for up to 50/52 people and gourmet chef for up to 60.
