About half way down the river from both the French Quarter and Audubon Park, our property sits in what we think is the perfect combination of residential and commercial dwellings allowing our visitors to easily experience both the quiet charm and the lively personalty of our City. Our property is just steps from Magazine street shopping, a quick 5-10 minute ride to the either the French Quarter, Audubon Park, or Audubon Zoo. Its also only a 4 block walk to the St. Charles Avenue and the famed Streetcar. It is situated only a few feet away from a playground and open field and is right across the street from St. Stephen's Church and St George's School. Just behind the school is the 2nd district New Orleans Police Department. Located within 4-5 blocks is a large grocery store. (Rouses)

Perfect home for large groups!!!
This house is really spacious and modern! A little far from French Qtr, but Uber was pretty cheap back and forth. Sleeps 12 easily, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds. Near to other smaller restaurants and stores. And great little coffee shop on corner of magazine st! Only thing you may want to buy extra toilet tissue and paper towels as there was only 1 roll per bathroom which isn’t enough for large groups. But grocer store is only 7 min walk away. All in all very positive experience and would stay here again!
Lovely House; Perfect Location.
We recently visited NOLA for Jazzfest, and this house was more than accommodating for our party (of 10). The house was clean, beautifully furnished and well appointed with nice linens, towels, etc. The location of this house is amazing, just a block or two walk to Magazine Street (where there are a plethora of awesome restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) and a 5 minute walk to the St. Charles streetcar. Colleen was great - readily available with check-in/check-out instructions and tips for parking. Everyone in our group raved about the house and location...needless to say, we will be returning. -Mark
Wonderful Jazz Fest Weekend
Colleen's home was perfect! It was clean, perfectly located and beautiful. Colleen was very responsive and even brought extra sheets when we needed them. I couldn't recommend the house more!
The best homeaway ive ever stayed in!
I stayed at this house with a 14 person group and could not have been happier. The house is immaculate and so well decorated. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Colleen was so easy to communicate with and was flexible to help make our stay more comfortable. The house is in a great location just walking distance to fun bars, shops and restaurants. We felt like royalty staying here and would definitely come back!!

A group of 12 of us really enjoyed our stay here. It is beautiful and we were very comfortable with the space. Location was easy to get around to other areas of the city. We spent our friends bachelorette weekend here. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. It is located a little outside of the big party scene but this was perfect for us and the neighborhood had some great restaurants, coffee shops and food markets. We were only a $15/ 10-15 min cab ride from Bourbon street and jazz clubs. I would recommend this house to a friend.

Our property is located on Napoleon Avenue at Magazine Street in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. Its just a few blocks from the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar and only steps from Magazine street shops, restaurants and watering holes.
