If you have many people in your party, or want to have some privacy from your friends or kids - this great option will definitely suit your needs and expectations. Accommodates up to 8 guests.

This 1500sf Bayfront Corner Apartment has 1 King bed in the first bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the third bedroom, sofa (not a sofa bed) in the living room. Full kitchen features a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dining table and chairs. All the utensils, plates, pots, glasses are provided.

The apartment is located in a hotel style building in the heart of Miami Beach on Collins ave and 51st street, framed by the beautiful beach on one side and spectacular sunsets over Biscayne Bay on the other. The building has direct beach access, two private tennis courts, swimming pool, mini-market, gym, full service front desk, 24/7 security, valet parking among other amenities.

The building is just 3 miles from South Beach (Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Convention Center). Midtown, Wynwood Art district, Downtown Miami, Port of Miami, Miami International Airport and Aventura mall are all about 15-20 minutes away. At the front desk you can get the information about the tours around Miami.

To get around you can take a FREE trolley ride (stops right in front of the building), take Uber (the best option in town) or rent a City Bike. If you own a car, the building offers a valet parking for $45 per day, ins and outs permitted. 2 blocks away there is a public parking lot, it is free from 6pm until 8am and $1/hour during the day.

Please note: The pictures represent several units with the similar interior and furniture. The exact unit is assigned upon arrival. All 3BR units in the building have Bay and Downtown Views.

At check in, the building will charge a mandatory Resort Fee of $28.50 per night per unit. Resort fee includes 2 beach chairs, beach towels, wifi, gym access, tennis courts. Additional set of 2 chairs + 1 umbrella can be rented for $30.

The inside of the place was nicer than the hallways/common areas. It was spacious though lacking some updates in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a great time (bachelorette party -6 girls) and for the price it was very reasonable.

The condo/apartment was beautiful! Great view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful.

A few things that bothered me : only valet parking, $25 a day. Street metered parking was a few blocks away. In that heat, that wasn't an option. The condo can accommodate up to eight people. The staff never gave us the correct amount of towels. We always had to call for more towels. In fairness, they brought the towels within a few minutes. Didn't they know how many occupants there were? Valet parking at time was a little hectic. The brought me the wrong vehicle several times. I was charged a resort fee, why wasn't it included in the price I paid ? For the reasons stated above , four stars.

Great Place!!

Condo was a little out of the way of South Beach but it was no more than a 10-15 min drive away... Condo was beautiful and well taken care of. Loved the view of downtown Miami from the balcony and waking up to thew view of the beach from our window in our bedroom... Definitely would consider staying here again next time I come back in town.

Overall, good

Seacoast is a bit out of the heart of South Beach (as advertised, on 51st St). Plan on $15-30 Uber rides to get to most restaurants. Eden Roc & Fontainebleau are walking distance. Unit was clean and bedrooms were spacious. Could use more bathroom space if you bring 6-8 people. Few mirrors. Only real complaint is the property lobby interior, grounds and pool area. Needs major clean-up and renovations. Pool is small, chairs old, landscaping overgrown. Market downstairs has coffee for $2 compared to the $8 coffees you find at other hotels. Bring some coffee with you - coffee maker in unit. Also, unit comes with nothing but hand & body soap bars - no dish washing detergent, etc. - would be nice if small package of those necessities came with unit. Nothing in kitchen except for some utensils, wine glasses & mugs (no plates, bowls, etc. for cooking in - which was fine for us). Overall, we made it work for the 6 people in our group - and cost less then getting hotel rooms a few blocks down. Luckily we had friends staying at hotels with much better pools and beach access.

Last thing, there is a $25/day resort fee that we did not know about and is required when you stay at Seacoast as well s $25/day to park your car.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Miami. The property was away from most attractions but we made it work. The staff was pleasant and very helpful when needed. The unit, was clean but plain. We would of liked to have known that the third bedroom, off the living area, had very little privacy since the bedroom had glass doors looking out to the living room.

Also, the pool area was very old and in need of major updates. Not sure what pool area the pictures on the website was showing but it was definitely not this property, and if it was it most have been many moons ago.

Great place!

The place was very specious and just what we expected. Picked up the key from the front desk and returned it to the same place. Towels got replaced as well. It is almost like staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other people. It is a little bit further than I usually like to stay in Miami Beach, but overall great deal.
