This newly furnished three bedroom, three bathroom condo is conveniently located across from the beautiful private beach on 30-A, 1.5 miles east of Seaside. Five Tales is located in a gated community consisting of three four-story buildings with two spacious units per floor and plenty of secured parking. Five Tales offers all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation, golf getaway, girls' weekend, or triathlete's epic training week. Walking distance to The Perfect Pig, Cafe 30-A, and other great food. New charcoal grills on site. Five Tales is located on the third floor easy access to the elevator. Wi-Fi throughout unit.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and a sitting area overlooking the pool, a large walk in closet, double vanity areas, large shower, and a large jetted tub. Your second bedroom has a queen bed and attached private bath. A pyramid bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed in the third room with attached third full bathroom. All rooms flat screen TV's. There is also a plush queen sleeper sofa for additional guests who will wake up to the sound of waves when the surf's up.

The living area is an open floor plan with a spacious state of the art kitchen, living, and dining room. A large balcony you to enjoy the relaxing gulf breeze. The beautiful pool view from the third floor balcony allows for observing family members as they swim and is great for morning coffee or an awesome sunset.

When walking to the beach you have a shaded and wooded nature path that leads to a gated access to your private beach. Camp Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes west and Santa Rosa Golf Club is 10 minutes east.

The condo provides a Graco Pack n' Play and a Wii entertainment system with games in the bunk room. TV in each bedroom with DIRECTV. DVD player in living room.

To the rear is the Port Washington National Park with miles of walking and biking trails and the front borders 30A and a 15 mile bike path. Just 2 miles west enjoy boutique/trendy shopping, dinning, and activities of Seaside and Watercolor; and to the east you'll find Eastern Lake, golf and events in Rosemary Beach. There is both fine dining and barefoot casual restaurants within walking distance. Equal distance to both Destin and Panama City - you're close to amusement and water parks, go cart racing and the famous Sands Outlet Mall with hundreds of popular name brand stores. All this and just 400 yards from the beach.

Dedicated access gets you to the beach quickly through a private nature trail. The Gulf Emerald Coast beaches are world renowned for their crystal clear aqua-blue water and white sugar sand. Beach chairs and umbrellas are easily available upon arrival.

The open air dining and family room area is perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. There's dinner seating for 11 people; 8 comfortably at the dining room table and 3 bar stools around the granite island.

You are looking at the Willcox family condo. It is a place we love to visit and love for others to enjoy. We live in Georgia and are able to visit the condo several times a year.

We chose Five Tales because of the space and the openness. It is easy and breezy. We love to open both back doors and extend the living area on to the back porch. My husband and I can cook dinner or relax on the porch while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool after an amazing day at the beach. It is the perfect getaway from our everyday!

We bought on 30 A after visiting there for nearly 15 years. It was a long process to find the perfect condo but we finally did. It provides us with the private beach, easy access to Publix, gas stations, fine food, easy food, entertainment, great, shopping and discount shopping. PERFECT!

What makes this condo unique

The short walk on such an awesome bath to the beach. Sitting on the back porch or at our dinning room table listening to the waves role. Eating and relaxing on the back porch while watching the kids in the pool. Deciding what we want to do each day...go to the beach, swim in the pool, play golf, shop at the discount stores or boutiques, go on a hike??? ALL OF THE ABOVE! This list is actually endless.

Light and breezy

The actual building, though somewhat generic has an ample pool- NOT very deep- but larger than anything you'd find in a single dwelling; and you can swim laps. The apartment was large, cool and clean... better than I had imaged and worked well for our family gathering, where we all ate dinner- accommodated 11 people. Our king-size bed had a better mattress than the one we have at home- very nice. Our daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed their privacy in the second bedroom- with a queen size bed and I believe they tried out the jacuzzi tub. In all, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious retreat from the sun and surf.

Do not be put off by the descriptions of how to access the place- I was in a fog about how to enter the apartment, not being familiar with the access code near the door knob. It was easier than I imagined.

Home away from Home

This is our second stay in this unit. We appreciate the ability to unload and get established with very little effort. The unit is well furnished to make this possible. All the rooms are large with baths attached, with a supply of paper products. The size of the unit is a great asset (we had three days of rain). We did not fill crowded. The deck is large and you can find a space away from the weather. The 30A highway has many shops and attractions, with this unit almost in the middle of all the action. The food here is outstanding.

Nice condo

The condo and property is very nice. Very clean and new, nicely decorated. Lots of upgraded amenities. Very roomy. The pool is close and large. The beach is further than expected. You do walk through a wooded path as stated but that is after you cross 30A and then you cross another street and then a gravel path to the beach. The management company did not respond to my phone call or email for information.

This location is half way between Destin and Panama City Beach. Giving you access to great food choices, shopping and entertainment. The condo is equipped with all amenities that you needed in a home away from home. Quick access to the private beach through a security gate. The pool is a great place to relax at. The children(older) can be supervised from the patio. The set up in the children's room provides comfort and entertainment on a rainy day. We enjoyed everything associated with the condo

Absolutely AMAZING GETAWAY!!!

This is an absolutely amazing getaway!! I couldn't have been happier with our stay at 5 Tales! It is truly a breath of fresh air. It was in immaculate condition and extremely well decotared. It has all the comforts of home while being able to be at the beach. There is a VERY short shaded walk to the beach on a beautiful trail. Once you get to the beach you realize you are in hevean!!! It is a private beach that is absolutely breathtaking! If the beach is not your thing...then there is a beautiful pool! The pool is availble to only those in the condos. Five Tales balcony overlooks the pool so you could even send you children or teens down to swim while you enjoy the balcony. It sleeps 10 very comfortably!! It is within walking distance to several shops and local restaurants. I highly recommend Five Tales for your beach vacation, getaway, girls weekend or an other excuse you can have to get to the beach! WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!

Inside, outsid, hot, cold, sunny, or rainy you can not go wrong with Five Tales. Beach out the backdrop, hiking trails out the front. Bike, walking, and running path within feet of the condo. SAFE!!! Cable, Internet, Wii, and oh so comfortable beds. Walk to your dinner in quaint restaurants or bring it home from Goatfathers and eat on the back porch with the ocean breeze. Go shopping, go to the movies, go discounting, go putt putt golfing, have a thrill on the zip lines or parasail. You can not go wrong no matter the the time of year or the weather.
