Why Matt chose Cherry Street
We love being in the heart of midtown close to the Riverparks, downtown and all of the main shopping/dining districts such as Cherry Street, Brookside, Brady Arts District and Pearl District. This Brick Bungalow is in the Renaissance Neighborhood which is an historic neighborhood which has been going through its own 'renaissance' with many new businesses and shops in an area full of friendly walkable neighborhoods.
What makes this House unique
The house has beautiful gardens and a nice gazebo area. There is always wildlife spending time eating the fruits of the yard which is frequented by Birds such as Blue Jays, cardinals and robins along with rabbits. The Studio House is full of modern decor in a classic American neighborhood full of bungalow and cottage style houses. The Studio House is nicely furnished with a mix of modern and vintage style furniture. It has a large LCD TV, fully-stocked kitchen (including refrigerator/coffee maker/toaster), essentials a hotel room would offer plus much more!

This was a very comfortable place to stay and easy to find. Very quiet neighborhood and pretty. There were four of us and just a little more attention to personal amenities would have made it five star. Personal amenities such as kitchen plastic wrap or Ziploc bags for saved food. A small amount of laundry soap for one or two loads, a slightly more complete dinnerware set. As hosts ourselves we have found the details make the difference, but otherwise this was a very enjoyable stay.
Cute house, kid and dog friendly
My husband, 2 kids, and 2 dogs stayed here for 1 night so we could visit The Gathering Place. So nice to not have to mess with a hotel with kids and dogs. The backyard is fenced, the place is very cute inside and out, it is very close to the sights we wanted to see too. Only took away a star because of a few things that needed tending to that a handyman could fix and because the backyard was all torn up (maybe they were redoing the plumbing or something but I wish we have been given a heads up) and a painter was sitting outside the house early and then starting working on the house (again, just would have liked a heads up). Regardless, still a nice stay.
Though it is an older home it is set up well for entertaining. It is easy to set your stuff in the closet and make yourself at home. Check in and out is easy. My dogs loved the yard!
This house was perfect for our stay.
We enjoyed our trip to Tulsa & found this house was just what we were looking for. We are not frequent travelers because we have 2 dogs and they travel with us. There was a fenced in yard but we still walked our dogs on a leash.
This house was comfy and felt like a home away from home! Nice neighbors too!
Nice house, good neighborhood
Clean, comfy and close to good restaurants
Perfect fit for my needs.
Great area, easy drive downtown. Only complaint would be the front door is not easy to use.
