This property has three bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends to share.
Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds and Bedroom 3 has a double bed which opens out onto the roof terrace. There is also an additional fold up z-bed available if requested.
The best bit about this holiday apartment is the 20 square metre roof terrace that gets good amounts of sun through out the day and is also a very private space for those to prefer who sunbath away from the busy beaches.
The apartment entrance hall leads in to a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen and dining area, with a quality solid wood dining table for up to 7 people. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on this floor, both with flat screen TVs and there is a modern, fully tiled shower room with WC on this floor.
An internal staircase takes you to the upper floor where you’ll find a second fully tiled, modern shower room with WC and the lounge area, with large picture windows opening on to the terrace and beyond to the Old Town roof tops. The lounge has a flat screen TV with some UK freeview TV channels, a blueray DVD player and mini hi-fi system.
Passing through the lounge you reach bedroom 3 which in turn leads on to 20 sqm of sunny and private roof terrace with a dining table for up tp 7 people and plenty of space left over for a sunbather or two. A terrace of this size and quality in the Old Town is a rare gem! The terrace also has a large wooden parasol and everything needed to enjoy al fresco living throughout your stay. The terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, cocktails or dinner, there are also loungers to relax in so that you can enjoy the sunshine or the shade during your stay.
Both shower rooms are modern and each has a shower cubicle, a WC and a handbasin.
The kitchen is well planned and has an electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine plus everything you will need to conjure up delicious meals with all the mediterranean local fare.
This holiday apartment is situated in the heart of Old Antibes in one of the most picturesque pedestrian streets. When you stay here you will have cafes, restaurants and boutiques on your doorstep so you will truly be 'in amongst’ the character and style of the Old Town, whilst also having your own comfortable oasis to easily retreat to.
The magnificent harbour and beach is just five minutes walk from the apartment and there are also several larger beaches a short stroll away. More than 100 excellent restaurants and cafes are also ‘right on your doorstep’ so that you can enjoy a great meal with a glass or two of wine and then meander home for a night cap on the beautiful terrace.
The apartment for rent makes an ideal location to explore the town as well as being an ideal centre for exploring the Cote d’Azur. The train station connecting Antibes to the whole of this beautiful region is nearby as are public car parks if you decide to hire a car.

You enter from the street through an ancient wooden door and then climb 2 flights of weathered stairs from here you enter this beautiful apartment with wooden floors and quality furniture and furnishings through out.
