Year Purchased: 1957
Why the Owner Chose Hayward, WI, USA:
My mom purchased the original 40 acres in 1957 for $1000. Money her father had given her for college. The original cabin was built in 1971 and was beautifully decorated in the trendy avacado and organge motif of the the day. In 2005 the home was gutted and completely rebuilt. A 400 square foot screen porch, complete with large wood burning fireplace, was also added during the remodel. A sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits were added in 2008.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Very peaceful with room to roam!
