About Vacasa of Oregon Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great location. We have been here many times and we are feeling some updates are needed. The twin beds are very uncomfortable and the downstairs mattress is as hard as a rock.
Richard, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us following your stay. We will be sure to pass your suggestions along to our local manager who will work with our homeowner to make necessary upgrades. We look forward to hosting you again!
The main reason we stayed here was because it was dog friendly. Fenced yard and dog bowls and bags were great. Walking distance to casino. House was large, we didn’t use the upstairs but 2 bedrooms and a full bath and sitting area/kid area. Kitchen had everything you would need and in garage was bbq, kites, crab pots, beach chairs. The windows in living room and couch were the knockouts of the home. The downside of the house is it is extremely dated (1970s) and everything inside from decorations to kitchen items are so old. Many pet stains throughout the carpet and bed was hard ( which we didn’t mind). The home is in severe need of paint touch ups in most rooms. If this home was given some love and TLC and updated it would be amazing. The front yard overlooking the beach is nice but really distant feel from the rest of house. Not fenced either. The house is old but has lots of character- lots of nooks and crannies. Great family home if you aren’t expecting the Ritz. Had one issue with landscapers coming and left gate open and our dog went missing. advance Notice would have been nice. All in all, another great weekend in LC.
Rudy and Kate, We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will be sure to pass your suggestions along to our local manager. We also sincerely apologize for the unannounced landscaper arriving and letting your dog out. They were privately contracted and we didn't know they were coming otherwise we would have given you prior notice. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
It really is all about the view
The commanding view from the living room, and the use of wall to wall windows is spot on. An older home that’s had an addition and maybe a remodel a long time ago. It was adequate for our 4 person family. We spent our time, either at the beach or sitting in the living room looking at the ocean with friends. Kitchen is well stocked and everything labeled, dog supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, grill, tons of spaces for hide and seek, exploring for kids inside, and a 2nd floor with similar views make this place one we’ll consider visiting again.
2nd Stay At Westinview
This was our 2nd stay at Westinview in the last 9 months and will go back again when we next want to spend time at the coast. Westinview is a wonderful old beach house with probably the best view in Lincoln City, we have been fortunate to have had good weather on both of our visits but this house is perfect for a winter storm watch . It's nice to have a garage to park in (large enough for big SUV ) to unload luggage and groceries in wet weather. The fenced yard is great if you have a dog , kites and beach toys for the kids are available in the garage .
Short walk to the beach, grocery store and casino . The bed downstairs is as hard as a rock but we still managed to sleep longer than planned and had to rush to leave in time to get home.
We will be returning
Great views & cozy home!
