A great family destination for all ages. The home is much more comfortable, more spacious, and more economical than any hotel. The Sandy Ridge neighborhood is safe and just far enough from the busy parts of town, but close enough to be there within minutes.

Great family getaway! Close to parks and beaches!
We had such an amazing time staying at this location, after a long night at a Disney park we came to this home and we were so thankful and surprised at how close it was to the parks! Extremely close to shopping/food/ and tourist locations as well! Neighborhood felt very safe, welcoming, and quiet. House was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! We loved it so much the child with us cried that we had to leave our “cool house” :). Pool was well kept, hot tub was amazing and got hot, the jets do take awhile to come on but once they do they’re well worth the wait! We will definitely be staying at this location again for future trips!
Amazing! Would stay here again if we come to Disney. We each had our own bedroom, and a wonderful Jacuzzi at the end of the long walking days in the parks. Less than a half an hour to the parks, which is about what we spent sitting on buses when we stayed on site.
The rental property was clean, organized, pool and hot tub were awesome to relax at. Will rent again.
We were very pleased with the home.
The property was close to all of the parks and the grocery store. A few updates could be done but we truly enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the pool but made a quick call and someone was there within an hour to work on it.

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 15 minutes. The 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate.
Also within 15 minutes: liquor stores, fine Italian cuisine, many other restaurants, CVS minute clinic; within 20 miles: Gatorland, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, LEGOLAND, and many other attractions!
