Large 6-bedroom home to stay with friends and family within the city center
My husband and I have traveled the world and visited many of its amazing places. Ultimately, we settled in Saint Augustine, Florida. We hope to share our love and passion for this ancient European town by offering you a stay at the historic home built in 1888.
Katerina purchased this House in 2014
Why Katerina chose Saint Augustine
In 1888, Flagler's chef who worked in one of his resort hotels (now Flagler College) built this home for his family. Since then, the home has had many owners, including St. Augustine's first African-American public school teacher. We purchased the property in 2014 and started extensive renovation work which took us almost 2 years to complete.
What makes this House unique
The Victorian House will fill your heart with love, romance, and joy, and whatever you decide to do: sipping sweet tea on the porch with the locals, exploring the beauty of St. Augustine and its beaches, sitting by the open fire in the courtyard, or just spending quality time with your loved ones, the feeling of rejuvenation and the echoes of the ancient city will stay with you, like a tender ache to return, long after you’ve left.

This home is Perfect for making memories.
We had a mini family reunion in St Augustine and this home is a jewel. The home was very clean and fully stocked. It’s location was perfect for the Trolley and it is right across the street from Ripley’s. It’s also walking distance to Village Inn for a convenient meal.
Kids usually like to be out and stay out, but with this home, they were very comfortable being indoors and preferred hanging out with each other inside the home. Our host was quick to respond to our needs. We had a really good time and we will return.
Absolutely Gorgeous Property
From the moment we stepped through the door, we were in awe of the beauty of this lovely home. Everything we needed was provided. All we had to do was buy our groceries. The location of the home is in close proximity to local attractions, all within walking distance. The updates to the home are absolutely beautiful. The backyard is completely fenced and safe if you have little ones running around. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gorgeous home and thank you for providing amenities that made our stay wonderful. Five Stars!
Don't Pass This Up!
This home was the perfect place for our little reunion. The location CAN'T be beat! You are a SHORT walk from everything. Right next door to Ripley's. The home has everything you would need, including 2 coffee makers, coffee filters, spices, utensils, plates, cups, etc, etc. We were there with 3 other couples and everyone said the beds were very comfortable. The liquid body soaps in the showers were delightful, as well as the shampoo and conditioner. There were games, movies, cards, cornhole, everything you need to have fun as a group right at the house. The air conditioners worked GREAT! Very refreshing after a hot day of exploring. The owner gave a great list of recommended restaurants and was very communicative and accomodating. We all agreed we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to family and friends. I received many kudos for finding this gem!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the location could not have been better. We would recommend it for family reunions or get togethers
My husband and I came to town for a wedding memorial weekend. We had 8 young adults ( 20-26 year olds) with us and the house was awesome!!!! Location could not be beat we were within walking distance of St. George Street with all the shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable, it was beautifully decorated and clean! This house was all we could want and we all plan to stay here when we come back. We also recommended it to the entire wedding! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
Historical, enormous house, very reasonable, walk everywhere!
I came with my 4th Grade class for a 3 day trip. I highly recommend this home, it is so cozy with huge bean bags, tons of games stowed away in drawers, yummy smelling toiletries, coffee, tea, spices, pots and pans, lots of seating, a breakfast nook, soft clean towels and beds. You don't need to bring ANYTHING! Really fun for kids. One of our students leaned over that bannister and said, "It's like we're a big family!"
