Fully renovated! Beautiful platinum two bedroom, two bathroom condominium conveniently located steps from Beaver Creek Village with ski-in/ski-out access as well as frequent shuttle service to and from the main ski lift and village. The Charter at Beaver Creek is operated as a fine hotel with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a full-service spa and fitness center, two restaurants, underground parking, an on-site ski shop, a game room and many other amenities. This corner unit is the closest to Beaver Creek Village. Renters will enjoy platinum-level amenities, the spacious layout, sun-filled mornings and corner-unit privacy.

The condo was totally renovated to include a new kitchen with granite counters and bar area, beautiful tile flooring, all new bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, a custom stone fireplace with log mantle, and new carpeting. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is very bright and spacious with two queen beds and a view of the ski hill. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with new tile and granite counters. The living room sofa converts to a queen size bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. There’s a private outdoor patio with a table and chairs overlooking Beaver Creek Valley. Perfect lodging for families or two couples with or without children.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and GE and Cuisinart appliances. There’s a washer-dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen. The living room has a 46” flat-screen HDTV with a DVD player and a wood-burning fireplace. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and there’s an iPod dock for your music as well as cable TV and high-speed wireless internet.

We live in Boston and love to ski. We've been going to Colorado for many years and love the Vail-Beaver Creek area. All rentals will be managed by The Charter who will be responsible for your comfort during your stay.

The skiing in Beaver Creek is exceptional and The Charter offers unparalleled comfort and access to the mountain and village. The Charter offers all the amenities you could want with superior customer service. Once we saw The Charter, we knew we wanted to be part of it. The underground parking and close proximity to elevators makes it very convenient whether unloading groceries and luggage or simply getting around.

What makes this condo unique

Once we settled on The Charter, we chose this condo because of the spacious layout, and privacy of the bedrooms. We fell in love with the large bedroom with its sunny windows on two sides and view of the ski hill. Being an end unit on the uphill end of the building, we are the closest unit to Beaver Creek Village and all of its amenities. We also love the ski-in/ski-off access and the in-house health club and pools/hot tubs.

The Charter at Beaver Creek is steps from Beaver Creek Village which contains many restaurants, hotels, fine shops and a performing arts center with year-round entertainment. Vail Mountain Resort is within 8 miles and has many facilities and excellent skiing. The town of Avon, two miles from The Charter contains markets and all basic stores and facilities.

  • Bathroom 1 is off of the master bedroom and has a sink and tub/shower. There's also access from the entry hallway. A separate vanity area contains a sink and magnifying mirror and closet is separated from the main bath area by a pocket door. The sink area, shower and floors surfaces have all been recently upgraded. Bathroom 2 is off the queen bedroom and contains a walk-in shower with a partial glass wall and a separate room with a toilet. There's a granite double sink vanity area and a spacious walk-in closet between the bath and the bedroom.

  • Master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed. It has room-darkening blinds and a flat-screen TV in a beautiful armoire. It has a closet and a sink/vanity area off the bedroom and a door to a full bathroom also accessible from the entry hall. It has a humidifier and a magnifying mirror. A door plus a screen/storm door provides access to the outside patio. All beds are new and extremely comfortable. Bedroom 2 is very sunny and spacious and has two queen beds, a dresser, a desk and an armchair. It has windows on two sides and a view of the ski mountain. It has double sinks off the bedroom and a private full bath with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet room. There's a spacious walk-in closet opposite the sink area.

Our second visit was once again fantastic!

This was the second year for our family to stay at this fantastic condo. We all love it! This time we stayed for 8 days and it was perfect. Great skiing easy access to everything. We look forward to next year!

Great Condo Close to The Village

Our family of four spent 5 great nights here during our Spring Break ski trip. The unit’s location is ideal. It’s a corner end unit just steps away from The Village. For our group, we opted to take the shuttle to the lifts each morning. The Village shuttle runs every 10 minutes but most times, the Charter’s personal shuttle was waiting and would take us immediately to the lifts (3-5 minute drive).

The unit was newly remodeled and very comfortable for our family of four. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need.

The daily housekeeping is a great service. Each day, they would tidy up including loading our breakfast dishes and running the dishwasher. The onsite ski shop was convenient to rent ski gear.

Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely return in the future!

This is our 3rd year at Charter and our 1st time at 1210. We loved the location!

Beautilf Condo - Excellent location!!

The condo was great! Recently renovated, everything you would need was in there, comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. And - LOCATION! We were there to ski and it was super close to the village and the lifts. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Will be back for more! Thanks!

Great condo and great skiing

Our family loved staying at this condo! It was the perfect set-up for a family of 4...close to the slopes, close to the center of things, able to have a fire every night. The maid service every day was also a fantastic bonus! We look forward to our next visit! It was also easy to work with the owners and the staff at the Charter was wonderful!

Great location, Great condo!

I highly recommend this property and concur with every positive point in others' reviews. The well appointed condo and furnishings are comfortable, spacious and in very good condition. The communication with the owner and management company and all front desk and other personnel at the Charter was fast, simple, and pleasant. The Charter complex is close to the BC central village and this particular condo is the closest in the Charter to the village (the Charter consists of several large buildings and this condo being the closest unit (in the closest Charter building) to the village makes a significant difference)... my wife, teenage daughters, and I would take a short, easy walk to/from the village even when with ski equipment while other friends in farther Charter units had to take shuttle (which is also convenient but we liked the added ease). It can literally take 7-8 minutes to walk from one end of the Charter to the other end and the locale of this unit made us feel we had the best unit in the Charter (our kids were constantly walking back and forth to/from condo and village meeting friends and grabbing crepes - at least they told us that was what they were doing). Like other reviewers said "We LOVED this unit at The Charter! Honestly, everything was perfect....We will be back."
