This is a great place to stay. Location is absolutely the best. 3 miles or 5 minute cab (or Uber or Lyft) ride to downtown Nashville but you are walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and shops. 10 miles to airport, very close to Vanderbilt University and Peabody, Belmont, and David Lipscomb Universities. Queen bed in bedroom. Full kitchen, full bath, laundry in unit, walk in closet, and balcony. Look out from your balcony to trendy Imogene & Willie across the street, and Portland Brew Coffee and Frothy Monkey right there as well. You can probably see Flip Side and Urban Grub from the balcony too. Don't miss the lovely Sevier Park just a few blocks away. Edley's BBQ, Burger Up, Las Paletas, 12th South Taproom, Josephine, Taqueria del Sol, Five Daughters Donuts, and Epice are all a short walk. BarTaco is on the ground floor which is a great place to grab a margarita and have a bite, though at times it does provide a little noise in the unit since they play music, though you really only hear it if you leave the balcony door open. It's not bad, but I feel I need to mention. Also on the ground floor is the wonderful CraftSouth, for you fabric and craft lovers.
Entering the building, there are two wide flights of stairs to go up. You then enter the unit in the living room. From there you can go left onto a large balcony or you can go right towards the kitchen and pantry (which houses washer and dryer), then bathroom and walk in closet and finally the large bedroom which has a queen bed. This is a great place to call home for a couple nights, a couple weeks, or a longer stay.
There is a queen sized air mattress (located in the closet, with extra sheets) to allow a third and fourth guest to sleep in the living room. A fifth person could sleep on the couch too but that isn't ideal, mostly because of it being a 1 bath unit. Please note I also have a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit across the hall.
