In a quiet environment, with an open view this apartment of 80 m² (about 860 ft²), built in 1900, in a building of 5 floors contains 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle), large living room with bay windows (flat screen tv, 2 dvd players, stereo), 4 bedrooms - with access to fourth by third (2 double beds, 2 twins and 2 bunk beds), 2 shower rooms (showers), 2 separate toilets, numerous storage spaces. Great comfort and typical mountain decoration. Ski locker. Excellent exposure to enjoy the sun from the living room as well as the balcony. View of Montage and valley.

Since october 2015, the apartment is classified 3 stars in the National classification of the Furnished of Tourism (according to criteria decided by the Ministry of Tourism and controlled by an accredited control body).

It has also received the label "Montagne de Charme" from Courchevel Tourisme.

SKI AREA: The world's largest ski area. Connections 3 very simple valleys.

Different levels of skiing: there are both slopes for beginners and for experienced skiers.

Many walks are possible to ski, through the fir trees, both in the valley of Courchevel as in those of Méribel or Belleville (Saint Martin de Belleville-les Ménuires-Val Thorens).

HOME OF PETITS: The Children's House in Courchevel 1550 is empowered by the PMI to welcome children from 18 months in childcare. It was voted best kindergarten in France following the nationwide satisfaction survey carried out last year. In collaboration with the ESF courses, it also welcomes all children enrolled at the ESF day or half-day for lunch (up to 12 years).


- Very famous toboggan run: 2 km of descent between Courchevel 1850 and 1550 for the big thrills. Possibility also of tobogganing for the small ones on the main track after the closing of the tracks.

- Food races: a small supermarket in Courchevel 1550 as well as bakeries and grocery stores (local products, cheeses, sweet groceries, etc ...)

For the additional 'food shops' (Charcutier for example): Courchevel 1850 for people without a car (access by ski lifts on foot), or Courchevel 1300 (called 'Praz') and Courchevel 1650 (called 'Moriond')..

- Ski shop (purchase of clothing or equipment, rental of ski equipment) possible on Courchevel 1550.

Possibility of shopping (clothing of city or ski, equipment of ski, jewelery, luxury) on Courchevel 1850.

- Restoration: in the heart of the resort, several establishments offer you a traditional local or French food offer, not to mention the inevitable pizzeria and Norman creperie.

- Many other activities are proposed in Courchevel 1850 (bowling, ice rink, snowmobile, etc.). You will find all these activities on the website of Courchevel ( To get there, it's simple: take the Grangettes cable-cars directly between the two stations (for pedestrians and skiers).

Ski: There is a children's home in Courchevel 1550 accueilllant children from 18 months (connection to the PMI Saint Bon). Excellent home, the children are supervised by a young team and very nice, some girls are from the region.

Possibility of leaving children 'a la carte' (morning only, afternoon only, with or without lunch time, or all day without interruption). For smaller home in a space created to keep kids indoors and outdoors. For larger, synchronization with the ESF to track ski lessons from the Piou Piou (approx. 3-4 years).

Registration at the ski school and purchase of packages possible lifts on site (in 1550) or the Internet. I urge you to book your ski lessons on the Internet for bookings during school holiday periods (places are limited in some way).

Un chez soi au ski

Appartement hyper chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans cette station familiale si agréable... On s'y sent comme chez soi.

Même à 8, chacun y est à son aise et les propriétaires ont cette rare qualité de faire leur maximum pour nous faciliter le séjour. Le réseau (wifi et TV) fonctionne parfaitement bien, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations.

Pour toutes ces raisons nous avons eu envie de nous fendre d'une appréciation et d'ailleurs.... nous avons resigné pour 2015 et avons bien hâte !!!

Duplex cosy et chaleureux pour les soirées d'hiver

Appartement trés bien situé dans secteur résidentiel et calme proche de tout.

Facile d'accés et meublé avec gout, c'est un duplexe trés agréable à vivre ou l'on prend plaisir à se retrouver aprés une bonne journée de ski.

Nous avons que de bons souvenirs que ce soit entre amis ou en famille. La disposition le rend trés convivial et pratique à vivre.

Nous apprécions Courchevel qui est l'endroit rêvé pour passer de trés bonnes vacances.

Enfin, et c'est important les propriétaires sont acceuillant et à votre écoute. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Comme dans un chalet !

Appartement très agréable, très clair et bénéficiant d'une très jolie vue en été. L'aménagement et la décoration sont très sympas et confortables, on se sent bien comme dans un vrai chalet de montagne. L'environnement est calme et les commerçants à quelques minutes à pied. Les 4 chambres et les deux sdb permettent d'être nombreux sans se marcher dessus. Propriétaires charmants. Je recommande !

Parfait pour un séjour en famille et entre amis!

C'est la 3ème année que nous louons cet appartement à 2 familles (4 adultes, 4 enfants). C'est un appartement très spacieux et très agréable à vivre. La déco vous donne vraiment l'impression d'être dans un chalet.

Il est très bien équipé, les lits sont confortables, l'environnement est calme.

L'espace TV/DVD de la mezzanine est très apprécié des enfants pour se détendre après le ski.

En mars, la Terrasse est tellement bien exposées, qu'elle permet d'y prendre les repas ou de se détendre sur un transat.

Nous apprécions l'ambiance famille de Courchevel 1500 et le fait de pouvoir aller se balader 1800 en prenant les oeufs. La Maison des enfants est récente et l'accueil des enfants très bien organisé.

Enfin, les propriétaires sont charmants et optimisent chaque année leur appartement pour le confort de leurs occupants. Nous y retournons en 2014 !
