This newly renovated & new to the rental market 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in the "uptown" Pigeon Point area. /AKA/"LittleBrooke" In Uptown. It is a short walk or bike ride to the Old Point, Historic Beaufort or Bay Street for lunch or shopping. It is conveniently located to downtown, The Henry Chambers Waterfront Park, 20 miles from the beach at Hunting Island State Park, minutes from Parris Island and of course, centrally located to all of the wonderful dining that Beaufort has to offer! It's also less than half a mile from the Pigeon Point public boat landing which is a huge plus if you are bringing a boat & you want to tour Beaufort by way of the water. Or if it's a sunny day, just pack a cooler, head out to any sandbar & you will definitely be hanging out with the locals for the afternoon. And when the sun goes down... you'll be glad to know that this home has a huge master suite with a king size bed & a private master bath. The other guest rooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The first guest room has a set of bunk beds complete with a ladder. The second guest room is beautifully decorated with a double bed. Each room has it's own design. The kitchen has all new appliances with amazing wooden beams that run across the ceiling with recessed lighting throughout the kitchen. The back patio is the perfect place to sit out back & unwind after a long day. This property is great! It is spacious, very clean and well kept. The location is within the Beaufort Historic District. We had a very relaxing experience. We were also able to spread out and work. The property has wifi and is fully equipped. This is a most comfortable home and we will use it again.
I have used this property twice. Once for myself and for a three week institute for summer teacher scholars. This house is absoulty great! Spacious, very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal because it is within walking distance to all the Beaufort shops, eateries and the water front. I will be using this property again and again. Shea Polk is a total joy to work with.
This house was really great. My wife and I rented this place temporarily as we were closing on a house in the area. It was close to some great restaurants and historic venues (Beaufort National Cemetery, historic house at the point). Most of these venues were a short walk away (5-15 mins). Also very close to amazing views of the water and very close to a children's park. The house itself was clean and very welcoming. The only reason it did not receive a 5 star review was the neighborhood. Certainly not the worst, but not the best either. The area was very hit or miss. Overall, acceptable though. I hate even saying that honestly. It was hard to beat for the price.

CANCELLATIONS: reservations may be cancelled within 45 days of your arrival date.There is a 4% cancellation penalty fee. Any cancellation occurring after 45 days prior to check in will forfeit all deposits on the reservation unless the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented for the dates of your stay or longer , the deposit will be refunded less a 4% CC transaction fee & a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
