Spacious living on the Bay in the hip and historic Dogpatch. The space features an eclectic collection of unique objects as well as large-scale prints by the photographer owner.
The first level master bedroom suite comes complete with a separate entrance, a queen size bed, private bathroom, large closet, leather couch + chair, TV with Roku, work area and small deck.
Level two is filled with light from the skylights and northern exposure windows. It has soaring, 25’ curved ceilings which give the space a feeling that will lift you up. It features bamboo floors, a antique Persian rug, leather couch, TV with Apple TV + cable, and a half bathroom.
The airy, top level loft overlooks the living room and has a full-sized bed, work area and outdoor deck with a gas grill.
Been living in the Dogpatch for about seven years and lovin' it.
I'm a UX designer + photographer.
I thrive on travel, meeting new people, sushi and west coast swing – probably not what you're thinking – it's a dance style : )
Mark Jenkins purchased this condo in 2006
We stayed a few nights there in Sep 2016 and the unit was great. There was four adults and the other couple was very pleased also. Parking is not included but there is street parking. Pay attention to signs because we got a $70 ticket for missing one. We did not use our rental while there and it appears that finding parking later in the evening would be an issue so plan accordingly. No A/C so if it gets over 80 during the day it may get warm; comfortable at night with the windows open. We were gone all day so we were OK with not having A/C.
Stayed here with a couple of friends for my birthday weekend. This place was beautiful, great location, amazing art! Owner was very nice, though we did not meet him in person.
We spent two nights at the condo in order to participate in events at the Minnesota Street Project, an art center about 5-6 blocks away. In between we found several good restaurants and a coffee shop in a newly developed area. The condo was very clean and comfortable with a very private and quiet lower level bedroom area. Overall working with the owner was smooth and easy.
