This is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house with over 2100 square feet of living space that sleeps up to 12 guests.

This house has everything you will need including central air conditioning, huge backyard with 2 tiered deck, BBQ, patio heater, patio furniture, fire pit, Foosball table, dart board, WiFi, 3 flat screen TV's, cable, DVD player, CD player/stereo and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

The master boasts an en-suite bath with king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and bedroom 4 downstairs has another queen bed and full bath.

All mattresses and linens are new. There is a pack and play, high chair, plastic cutlery, cups and plates for kids. Bonus room has a 46" TV with cable, DVD/CD/stereo. Master has a 42" TV with cable. Downstairs has a 32" TV with cable, dart board and Foosball table.

The backyard is gorgeous with a huge 2 tiered deck, patio furniture, gas BBQ and a patio heater for those chilly nights.

The location of this property could not be any better for visiting Calgary. We are minutes to Glenmore, Deerfoot and Stoney Trail and just steps to transit making it easy to get around without a vehicle.

We are close to downtown, Stampede grounds and Spruce Meadows. It is a 2 minute walk to Quarry Park where there is shopping, dining, bars, liquor store, grocery store, chiropractor, massage, spa, banking, Starbucks and much more. The Quarry Park YMCA just opened. It has indoor pools, gym, spa and is just a 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful home with more than you could need

Easily accommodates 6 to 8, with 3 living rooms, air con, beautiful kitchen, close to supermarket, and places to eat all within walking distance, cafes and retail outlets very close by, and if you look up the walking trails, easy to find the river and lovely walks. Easy access to main highways, without being right on top. This home has everything you could need, so well equipped, spotlessly clean, with many extras, lovely garden and deck. Would definitely stay here again next time in Calgary.

Well equipped, modern and felt like home

This was a wonderful location for our small group. We were in Calgary for the Western Canadian Swimming Championships and needed a place for our athletes to get lots of sleep, and for us to prepare healthy meals. This was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped - in fact, this was the best property I've ever stayed at for being able to actually prepare meals and have sufficient prep and serving dishes. We were thrilled to find a well maintained BBQ too. All beds and bedding were very comfortable. Appliances are modern and the home is very well stocked with supplies. The home is very clean and you can tell that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We felt very much at home - thank you for a great stay.

Clean, modern and comfortable residence.

We really loved this house. Nice appliances and comfortable beds and couches, clean carpets and just overall cozy surroundings. The house also has a nice deck with bbq and sitting area in the back plus a games room in the basement.

The residence is located just off the highway and we appreciated the grocery store being like 2 minutes away.

Great experience for us all around and many thanks to the owner for being readily available and responsive even though we did not need to call him.

I would definitely recommend this house.

great property for families, grandparents, parents and children

Wonderful 3 story home, modern and very clean, in great location in south east Calgary; easy walking distance to a good shopping center with an excellent restaurant, a large grocery store, and pharmacy. Upper floor had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large TV lounge; main floor had a half bath, laundry, kitchen and living area and the finished basement had a bedroom, bathroom and TV lounge. Kitchen had new appliances, granite counter tops, large island and large dining area. The large deck off the kitchen is shaded by trees and we enjoyed eating dinner out there after grilling on the gas grill.

There are great hiking/biking trails very close to the house which take you to the Bow river and its park system with long hiking/biking trails.

Property owners live in Calgary and responded quickly to any inquiries.
