Plan an unforgettable family getaway to a popular Central Oregon resort when you stay at this three-bedroom Sunriver getaway! You'll enjoy a private hot tub, a dog-friendly attitude, air conditioning for warm summer days, and a super-convenient location right near the Sunriver Homeowner's Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC). What could be better?
This ideal homebase lets you walk or bike to some of the resort's key attractions - SHARC, the Lodge, even Sunriver Village Mall for easy dining and shopping options. The vibrant city of Bend is only 18 miles away so you can spend the day gallery browsing and checking out the local craft beer scene after just a short, scenic drive. And in winter, the trip to Mt. Bachelor for skiing is a short 30 minutes.
But really, you may be tempted to spend the bulk of your time relaxing in your private hot tub, reading the morning paper by the sun coming through the many skylights, or spending time at night in front of the cozy wood-burning stove. You'll also have a TV, cable, DVD/VCR for entertainment, as well as WiFi throughout the home.
With a full kitchen there's no need to plan for meals out (unless you want to, of course) and at night the three bedrooms have two king beds and two twins - perfect for up to eight guests. And if you want to bring two of your furry family members along, it's just a small nightly fee. Plus, you'll find a few fun board games and a washer/dryer.
At this resort destination, you'll have access to miles of paved, multi-use trails, tennis courts, community pools and hot tubs, golf courses, and even horse stables. Raft the Deschutes River or spend your time relaxing on the peaceful outdoor deck at 11 Raccoon.
Whatever you choose, this Central Oregon vacation home and popular Sunriver have something for everyone!

About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Very clean, kitchen was very functional and we enjoyed our time there.
Fun in Sunriver
This house was walking distance to town. It was cozy and the passes were great. The upstair bed was a little uncomfortable but over all a nice place to stay.
Functionally speaking, this is NOT a 3 bedroom house. The upstairs bedroom has no ventilation, and the room was an absolute oven while we were there. The blinds in the window are broken, so you cant open the window...which is fine because there is no screen on the window to keep out bugs, bats, etc. We had to drag a mattress downstairs to use it.
The layout of the house is poor. One cramped shared bathroom....and 2 different deck areas. The table/chairs are on one, but the BBQ is on the other with the hot tub. That deck is rotted out and dangerous.
We paid for a 3 bedroom home...and did not get that.

Great location and SHARC passes but house needs major updates. Bathroom layout is crowded. There are no vents for air conditioning upstairs and no screens on the upstairs window. It was VERY hot upstairs even with the ac running high enough that downstairs was chilly! Opening the window in the upstairs bedroom means letting in insects since there are no screens.
This property is so convenient to SHARC and everything in the village. We used our bikes to get almost everywhere. Even though the house shows it age we felt it's rustic quality contributed to really feeling like we were away from the hustle of the city. The front deck is expansive and in the trees.
The location is great.
BBQ was great.
The house is really is disrepair.
The internet rarely worked. Horrible. The router/modem needs to be replaced. Constantly resets. Couldn't get more than 2 people on at a time when it actually worked.
The Stove looks like it's about fall off the oven top.
The fridge is old, the door shelves actually fell out of the fridge when I opened the door.
The House has AC but the upstairs bedroom does NOT. Really hot up there.
The hot tub is really old. The controls are unreadable and I couldn't adjust temp and jets.
I will not ever rent this house again.
