Overview

About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, Sleeps 6

Plan an unforgettable family getaway to a popular Central Oregon resort when you stay at this three-bedroom Sunriver getaway! You'll enjoy a private hot tub, a dog-friendly attitude, air conditioning for warm summer days, and a super-convenient location right near the Sunriver Homeowner's Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC). What could be better?

This ideal homebase lets you walk or bike to some of the resort's key attractions - SHARC, the Lodge, even Sunriver Village Mall for easy dining and shopping options. The vibrant city of Bend is only 18 miles away so you can spend the day gallery browsing and checking out the local craft beer scene after just a short, scenic drive. And in winter, the trip to Mt. Bachelor for skiing is a short 30 minutes.

But really, you may be tempted to spend the bulk of your time relaxing in your private hot tub, reading the morning paper by the sun coming through the many skylights, or spending time at night in front of the cozy wood-burning stove. You'll also have a TV, cable, DVD/VCR for entertainment, as well as WiFi throughout the home.

With a full kitchen there's no need to plan for meals out (unless you want to, of course) and at night the three bedrooms have two king beds and two twins - perfect for up to six guests. And if you want to bring two of your furry family members along, it's just a small nightly fee. Plus, you'll find a few fun board games and a washer/dryer.

At this resort destination, you'll have access to miles of paved, multi-use trails, tennis courts, community pools and hot tubs, golf courses, and even horse stables. Raft the Deschutes River or spend your time relaxing on the peaceful outdoor deck at 11 Raccoon.

Whatever you choose, this Central Oregon vacation home and popular Sunriver have something for everyone!

About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Perfect location

 • 4 of 5

This property is so convenient to SHARC and everything in the village. We used our bikes to get almost everywhere. Even though the house shows it age we felt it's rustic quality contributed to really feeling like we were away from the hustle of the city. The front deck is expansive and in the trees.

Location perfect.

 • 2 of 5

The location is great.

BBQ was great.

The house is really is disrepair.

The internet rarely worked. Horrible. The router/modem needs to be replaced. Constantly resets. Couldn't get more than 2 people on at a time when it actually worked.

The Stove looks like it's about fall off the oven top.

The fridge is old, the door shelves actually fell out of the fridge when I opened the door.

The House has AC but the upstairs bedroom does NOT. Really hot up there.

The hot tub is really old. The controls are unreadable and I couldn't adjust temp and jets.

I will not ever rent this house again.

This home was conveniently located to SHARC and village. The guest passes were a nice feature and they were heavily utilized. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of adventures in Bend.

Good location-place is unkept.

Great access to SHARC and 1/2 mile walk to the village. The home is actually a cool place, but has not been taken care of for years. Furniture and beds are beat up. Place could use a deep clean inside and out.

Decent, but not amazing

 • 2 of 5

Furnishings very old, outdated, uncomfortable. This house could really use new beds, bedding, and tv's. Location nice, especially since close to SHARC and village. Home is near a rail line, with trains passing through day and night- not terribly bothersome, but something to consider. Hot tub was nice and hot, grill worked great, and washer/dryer were convenient. Overall, decent, but needs some serious tlc. We would not stay here again.

Decent place, not amazing.

 • 2 of 5

Arrived to find a dead bat on the living room floor. Overall, cleanliness was okay, but we were grossed out by the bat. The house has clearly not had many updates to appliances, interior or amenities in some time. Master bed was sunken in middle of the bed, making for an uncomfortable sleep. The hot tub was hot and relaxing though. And, the location was great, as SHARC and Village were walking distance. The house was close to a railroad track that ran several trains throughout the day and night- it wasn't particularly bothersome for us, but something to be aware of. The living room did not have a DVD player, so we had to watch family movies in the master room on an old school TV. The second room did not have a functioning DVD player. The sofas had boards underneath the cushions, for support. The pillows were stained, looked like they had been in use for years (the pillow cases were clean though). This house needs some serious upgrades, if nothing more, pillows, beds, tv's. We wound up having a nice time, but would not stay here again.
