Beautiful apartment with sunroom and sea views

Apartment in Fuengirola, Barriada de Los Boliches. 100 meters from the beach, third floor with elevator. Excellent sea views from all rooms of the apartment, with exterior glazed terrace that allows its use in any season of the year. A cozy place to enjoy food, reading or relaxing. Private car park in the building in the building with access by remote control. Great for couples; Admits an additional guest.

It is a luxury and very comfortable apartment with immediate access to all the services offered by this large tourist city, in a central and quiet area. An ideal place to spend the holidays for the proximity of the sea, the diversity of cultural, tourist, gastronomic and leisure activities. There are excellent supermarkets and restaurants a few meters away.

The city of Fuengirola is in the center of the Western Costa del Sol, very well communicated with all Andalusia. Road communication with all provincial capitals, as well as the whole Mediterranean coastline is by motorway.

In the surroundings there are plenty of tourist attractions, including racecourse, seven golf courses, ... Nearby you can find the marinas of Fuengirola, Cabopino, Benalmadena, Marbella and Banús. There are excellent beachside restaurants right on the beach, where you can enjoy local cuisine, especially fresh seafood at a good price and you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas if you wish. In summer there are aquatic activities in the sea, jet ski rental, canoes, kayaks, windsurf boards, ...

The apartment is located 100 meters from Los Boliches Beach, one of the best beaches on the western Costa del Sol. Luce the Blue Flag that is awarded to the best beaches for its quality and equipment.

A few meters away you will find restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of food and leisure without the need for a car.

Just opposite is Centro Finlandia, a small commercial, leisure and gastronomic center especially appreciated by the citizens of that country.

Fuengirola is surrounded by the Autovía del Mediterráneo (Autovía A7). There is a bus and train station. There are bus lines that connect the entire Costa del Sol and also with other cities in Andalusia. It is recommended to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, La Cala de Mijas, Estepona, Benalmadena and Torremolinos. The province of Malaga also has numerous localities of great cultural and tourist interest among which the town of Mijas Pueblo stands out for its uniqueness and proximity. Especially recommended the visit of the nearby cities of Malaga and Granada. Taxis offer closed prices to take you to the main tourist destinations in the area.

From Malaga, access to Fuengirola is quick and easy. You can get there by bus, taxi, train or private car.

The apartment has a private parking space that is especially useful and comfortable in high season.

It was home.

We spent 5 weeks in Los Boliches and loved the apartment!! First of all Ricardo was very helpful and there were no surprises. He met us at the apartment even though our arrival time was a little sporadic. The apartment was clean and everything was in working order.

THINGS WE LIKED:

Good size for two people. Maybe would work well with one small child as well.

The terrace was great. In the summer it was naturally shaded from around noon till ten at night. We ate all meals on the terrace and spent countless other hours there just chilling. Easily our most favorite place.

The kitchen was well stocked with pans dishes and everything else needed. With one major exception. They did not have a Sangria pitcher. BUT now they do. Our gift. Given the hours of drinking Sangria on the terrace while listening to the nightly performances from the hotel next door, it was the best three euros we ever spent.

There is a supermarket two blocks away that has everything you will need for however long you stay.

The beach can be seen from the terrace and is a short block away. The apartment came with beach chairs, umbrella,and towels. We used them daily while we were working on our tans. The chairs and umbrella were invaluable. They probably need to be replaced cause we really used them.

Fuengirola is a tourist town. Lots of folks from all over Europe and they especially cater to folks who speak english or German. Lots to do, easy to get excursions, and some of the best beaches around.

We have no negatives. We considered the apartment our home, and would gladly return.

Really is a confortable apartment but the terrace is in itself a lovely place to spend a lot of time relaxed and quiet time reading or contemplating the sea. great unit in a very convenient locatiion

We enjoyed almost 2 months in this apartment. We would definitely stay here another holiday. Unit was very clean, well stocked and convenient to everything. Manager and his wife were very helpful and responded quickly to any of our concerns.
