Two Bedrooms, Both With Air Conditioning And Fans With View Of Downtown Cruz Bay

Recently remodeled two bedroom apartment with high ceilings, glass louvers, and all new furniture on hillside overlooking downtown Cruz Bay and car ferries. Sleeps 4, two on queen bed in first bedroom and two in second room with twin beds. Both rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. A ceiling fan, floor fan and portable air conditioner are also located in the living room where ample windows provide cool breezes and lots of light. Open concept living/dining/kitchen with side porch off living room for outdoor eating and relaxation.

The owner, Mr. Prince, is a native St. Johnian who grew up in Coral Bay and built the main house in Cruz Bay four decades ago, adding on two third floor apartments in 2000. With his wife and aunt he currently resides on the second floor of the house.

Wonderful place!

Walkable to downtown yet away from the drifting music of the beach bar, we had a wonderful time. Ralph was one of the nicest hosts and St. John-ians we've met!

St John Dec. 2016 stay

Unit was well equipped with enough space. Ralph picked us up at the ferry and took us to the unit and showed us the accommodations. Ralph offered to take us to town on several occasions, but we walked in most instances. Last leg is "pretty steep". My buddy chose to call a cab a few times , but it was not that "rough". Some nice snacks and water were there on our arrival and they came in handy. Would certainly stay there again the next time in St. John, which I hope is soon.

Very nice place!!!!

I have been in Saint John in this apartment from February 2nd to February 13th. The apartment is a nice one as the images show the property the way it really is. Besides, when you arrive you not only see everything clean but also you can find fresh water and juice in the fridge, a fruit bowl and even cookies. Also it is clear that the crockery is very complete. In addition, as the apartment is close to the Cruz Bay center, at night you can enjoy of very good restaurants and bars. Its location over a hill can lead to go walking by or just take a cab that will take you with any inconvenient to Mr. Prince’s.

Mr. Prince and its family are really good people and Janet, who fix the rent, is lovely. Not only was I very happy in this apartment, but also I took in my heart Mr. Prince's family and Janet. I hope to return and there is no doubt I will accommodate in this apartment again.

St. John is the best

Property looked just like in the pictures. Very close to the car ferry and Cruz Bay. Would be better if there is ac in the bathroom & living room. They had fresh flowers, fruits and snacks waiting when we arrived! They have extra towels which is a plus. Parking each day was an adventure. Make sure you are comfortable driving on hilly roads. The owners are very nice and pleasant.

Prince Apartment is on the third floor of an owner-occupied house. It is located near the top of a steep hill. It is a great walk for the physically fit, but might be challenging for older persons.

Places to visit include the National Park Visitor Center, Trunk Bay, Annaberg, and the Cinnamon Bay Museum.
