Most homes overlook the fabulous tropical designed main pool which leads into an indoor heated pool with a gym and a sauna, plus a summer cafe bar and a pagoda, making it an all year round holiday destination in a resort that has a long season and is in fact open all year round. Two of our homes enjoy both pool views and outstanding sea & mountain views
The open plan living areas leads to a good sized balconies that overlook the swimming pool and/ or westerly views towards the coast. The homes are fully appointed so all you need are personal belongings.
In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side at all times of day. Plus within a few minutes walk are several very popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in SIDE in under 10 minutes.
The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children's playground.

We always believe having a great annual holiday is based around the right accommodation so when you are adding up total holiday costs, door to door, remember per person a variance of £30 for example on what you pay for the accommodation is a fraction of the total and should not be a consideration.

For years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and we can be flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked, plus you can reserve the home without any payment for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.
For your protection all payments are lodged in a secure Client Account at the RBS bank, until the holiday is over. This is most important as it protects you against unforeseen problems such as flight cancellations.
We have also built relationships in bars, restaurants, etc, so that our guests are well received, plus we have a dedicated local manager on hand to show you around the home and give local support/advice.

TROPICAL GARDENS E 5 is a first floor 2 bed 2 bath private home offering guests a guaranteed wonderful holiday in this superb accommodation that ticks all the boxes. Well appointed throughout with the little extras such as DVD , multi channel TV, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and looking directly over the magnificent communal pool it is ideal for families, and couples, etc. Combining the highest standard of accommodation with an exceptional location within a fabulous community our guests constantly rave about the home. There is a double and a twin bedroom with 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom.
The community has 24/7 gated security, indoor heated pool, children's pool and playground, as well as a gym and sauna. Location is very important and you can walk in less than 5 minutes to popular bars and restaurants, shops, etc. Furthermore the beach is just a 15 minute walk or you can take free shuttles running 15 hours a day.
