Come and enjoy a sunny getaway in Maricopa. This beautiful five-bedroom home features upgrades throughout. The second floor includes a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, TV and large walk-in closet. Three more bedrooms contain a king bed and two queen beds; all having walk-in closets. Also upstairs is a theater room with a 60" TV and theater seating. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a shower. For folks who love to cook there is a large kitchen with an island and plenty of counter space. The living room has a 50" TV and plenty of seating including a lift chair for anyone with a disability. There is a separate dining room.

An outstanding feature of this home is the extra large backyard with a large saltwater pool, a covered veranda with sun shades, a barbeque bar with a stainless grill, a free standing grill, a smoker grill, a fire pit, and a horseshoe pit. Outdoor living at its best. There are citrus trees and an herb garden. Feel free to indulge.

The pace is a little slower in Maricopa than in nearby Phoenix but it's only 20 minutes to the city with all it has to offer and only 35 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. In Maricopa you will find two golf courses, the Harrah's Ak-Chin casino, and the UltraStar entertainment center with a movie theater, a nightclub, a bowling alley, and an arcade. There are several restaurants nearby.

Sorry, NO pets allowed.

Fantastic stay

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed here twice now and had fantastic, relaxing experiences both times. The amazing pool and theater room are highlights. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, as well as a large casino and entertainment center (movie theater, bowling, arcade, etc.). We'll likely be back!

Great house!!

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in the home twice now and hope to be back again this year. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby but still a quit place to just set and relax. The pool is always open and no one else to fuss with like a hotel. The upstairs TV room is where I relax and let my worries fade away.

Marvellous in Maricopa

  • 5 of 5

Two couples stayed in this beautiful pool home for ten days at the end of April. The home is spacious, clean and well appointed. As a person who likes to cook, I was particularly impressed with the kitchen - It had all the tools, cookware and serving dishes I could want. We had hot, sunny weather during our stay so we really enjoyed the pool! It was easy to find our way around Maricopa and the whole Phoenix area. I highly recommend this property for a large family or for several couples travelling together. There is plenty of room to enjoy activities together but also private spaces for when you need alone time. We are already planning next year's stay!

We lived in the pool with the kids listening to music on the patio, sat around the fire in the evenings, entertained the kids with movies, and enjoyed the use of the mountain bikes every morning as we discovered our way around town. We had w wonderful time in this amazing home; Thank you!

Amazing Summer Stay

  • 5 of 5

My family of six stayed in this beautiful home for the 2016 summer while we relocated to the Maricopa/Phoenix area. With four younger kids, the pool was a hit from the first to the last day. But it didn't stop there. The theater area was part of our daily retreat when the Arizona afternoons drove us inside. If we didn't find something to watch on the large list of cable channels or streaming services, there were DVDs that appealed to the kids and parents alike. Additionally, with so many bedrooms, each kid was able to retreat to their own space to read or take an afternoon nap.

The house was also well stocked. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans we needed for the six of us and guests that often came by. We even took our cooking outside to both the gas and charcoal grills during our stay. There was even a smoker if we wanted to use it.

All this being said, the pool was probably the best part. The large Baja bench had a spot for the umbrella to stand, which provided a great spot for our toddler to walk around while being out of the sun. The kids loved jumping into the deep end of the pool over the waterfall. And once the kids were in bed, my wife and I often returned to the pool to relax, talk about life, and enjoy the peaceful sound of the waterfall.

What made the stay even better was the friendly and quick response whenever I had a question or needed something. She even checked up occasionally just to make sure we were enjoying our time. Additionally, Greg, the concierge/pool guy, and Jake, the other pool guy, were incredibly friendly and responsive. Somehow they managed to carry on a great conversation while quickly taking care of the yard and pool.

Even though the house was great, we often got out to enjoy Maricopa. We found the weekly '80s night at the bowling alley (5 minute drive) where games and shoe rentals were only $0.80. The movie theater offered regular seating and an adult area that served food and drinks. We ate at so many restaurants, from sushi, to pizza, to Mexican, to burgers, and more. We even stayed in Maricopa to enjoy the fireworks on July 4th. Who knew Maricopa had so much to offer!

Even though we now live close by, the kids are already asking if we can come back and stay at the house for an in-town vacation next summer. I can't say that the idea hasn't crossed my mind as well.
