There is a 55" high definition TV in the living room with a DVR and DVD player plus a queen sleeper sofa -- sleeps 6. Enjoy our club room, free morning coffee and fitness center.

We are Bud & Barbara Carman. We are "Middle Tennesseans", and having lived in Middle Tennessee for a number of years, it is easy to fall in love with the city and the countryside more each year. We live in Franklin, just South of Nashville and manage three VRBO properties.

The Carman Music City Suite is an addition to two other properties in the same building. So now we have, in addition to vrbo 626543 and vrbo 633091, we have this one, vrbo 690879. All three have similar amenities but have different decor. This property complements our other two and we are enjoying furnishing and decorating all three.

What makes this condo unique

This property is located in The Cumberland which is a secure residential facility in Downtown Nashville, at the corner of 6th Avenue and Church Street, easy walking distance to your favorite sites. The property has a club room and fitness center and is located two blocks from the YMCA which has more complete facilities and is available to the public.

Great location, clean, nice size, responsive owners

This unit is in a great location to everything on Broadway. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for size people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels were provided. The owners were great and responded quick when we had questions. Would recommend this unit for a downtown Nashville stay.

Owner's Response: It is refreshing as well as encouraging to read that our property worked well for a fellow traveler. Being available to answer questions is important and we take that duty seriously. My wife and I are in the process of placing full length Morrow’s in all three of our Nashville properties which thought came from a constructive comment we were glad to receive.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

The unit was decorated beautifully and had every amenity you could need. Bud kindly let us check in early and we arrived to freshly baked cookies. The unit is located two streets off Broadway and close to restaurants and the Nashville nightlife. We were able to walk to everywhere and thoroughly enjoy our first visit to Nashville. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend this unit!!

Guests will enjoy driving through our beautiful countryside. Local maps are available from the chamber of commerce. A drive through Williamson County (South) is very nice. If you have never been to Opryland, literally a covered city, you will want to do that. You have wifi in your room, so I would encourage you to google the Nashville attractions -- there are so many.
