Perfect getaway !!!
Nicely secluded, very private and peaceful camp. Just 10 feet of the water, my kids had a blast on kayaks and loved the instant fishing access, caught quite a few good sized Smallmouth Bass right of the dock, lack of certain 21st century amenities helped my family to reconnect and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall we loved every aspect of this place.
Thank you, glad your family had a good time. We hope to see you back again!
Relaxing Waterfront Retreat
We had a nice long relaxing vacation at the Vidal's camp. The camp was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, swimming, camp fires and using the land owners beach. The sky was breathtaking at sunset. We got to see and hear loons. We even saw a beaver swim by at dusk. It was everything we were looking for and much more. We would highly recommend any busy family this camp as a sanctuary to reconnect and relax! Mike and Amy Bryson & family.
We loved having your family and thank you so much for how nice you left it. It was very very clean. You guys are welcome back anytime.
Marcy and Wayne
Beautiful cabin..... New, clean and cozy. Situated right on the water with a dock.
This was our first experience with camping Maine style......the Vidals presented everything just right.....clean camp and cabin, plenty of firewood and a few extras like canoe and kayaks for free. A floating dock for swimming would be on my wish list for next time, everything else was perfect. Dog-friendly camp and extremely welcoming, no -fuss owners.
God's Country Cabin!
My family and I stayed at the cabin for five nights and really enjoyed our time. Upon arrival Wayne and Marcy were so helpful and welcoming. Wayne helped my husband put our boat in the water and gave him a run down of the lake, while Marcy gave me the tour of the cabin. The cabin was so clean and cozy. Upon entering the the cabin you can see that the place was built with love. My two sons are eight and five years old and they had a blast swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and playing cards. We had fires at night and toasted marshmallows. My family and I would rent this cabin again. It is a great place to kick back, relax, and make some family memories. Wayne and Marcy went above and beyond to help create a great vacation for our family.
