The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout, double bed to the master bedroom and flat screen 32" LCD TV + DVD/Audio Player. The second bedroom is a twin room, and the sofa converts into a comfy sofa-bed.

The apartment is a convenient Location on the resort with less than 10 minutes walk to the clubhouse, supermarket, restaurant and bar. The outside terraces have panoramic views of the resort , surrounding orange groves and mountains.

It has a large private terrace - perfect for breakfast in the morning sun after your morning dip in the superb pool or a relaxing BBQ Dinner with a bottle of local wine - simply watching the sunset.

Great for families and golfers. Furnished throughout with all the amenities you would want.

The family-friendly resort has wide, open spaces and is designed to give a sense of peace and tranquillity and to provide an experience of nature in all its glory. All the apartments on the resort are spaciously laid out around a championship golf course located between the village of Sucina and the Sierra del Carrascoy mountains, on the Costa Calida in Murcia.

This beautiful region has a warm climate with 320 days of sunshine per year, and is designated a regional natural park.

Facilities include supermarket, bar, and restaurant at the charmingly restored hacienda, nineteen swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor gym, children's play areas, community centre, 18 hole championship golf course and golf practice facilities. The resort is ideal to enjoy a walk or bike ride around and to admire the wild flowers, olive and orange trees, large lakes, and local scenery.

Sucina is just a few minutes by car from the resort with shops, banks, and restaurants including Spanish, Italian & Indian. San Javier airport is about 15 minutes away, the seaside town of Los Alcazares with beaches, shallow sea, and restaurants is about 20 minutes drive, and is 15 minutes drive from the Balsicas railway station with its high speed train links to Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia etc.

This apartment is in a great location, well equipped, and comfortable. Ideal for golfing, cycling, hiking or sightseeing in this part of Spain. Really enjoyed my stay.
