3 Beedroom 3 Baths Sleeps 9 with water view. ONLY A FEW WEEKS LEFT FOR SUMMER!
Professionally decorated with calming beach colors throughout. The bunk-room on the first level sleeps 5 and is great for kids but spacious enough for adults. The queen bed in the second room sleeps two. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
A large den on the second level has plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV, and a Bluetooth sound bar so you can listen to your own music while enjoying a gulf view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for great meals at home if you wish. Brand new Bosch appliances make cooking a breeze. Plenty of seating at the dining room table and bar.
Enjoy a comfortable master bedroom suite with its own luxurious bathroom.
Cool off in our new private swimming pool. Have fun playing ping pong or BBQ outside and just enjoy the sun. The beach is a two minute walk and when you return clean off the sand in our outdoor shower.

We are happy to announce that Birmingham native Brys Stephens, along with two partners, a great chef and a tremendous team, will be opening three new restaurants (with more to come) this spring along the beaches of the Florida panhandle, on beautiful highway 30a between Alys Beach and Seaside. The venue is called the Hub, and the restaurants are Red’s Chicken Shack (fried and roasted chicken, homemade biscuits, house made pickles, beautiful fresh salads), Crave Roadside Burgers (grass fed beef burgers on delicious buns from H&F bread in Atlanta, fries, hot dogs, house made pickles, and vegetarian / vegan options), and Mile Marker Fifteen, a Southwest / Southern spot serving tacos, tequila, and more. Over the past few months, Brys has been working with the chef, Nick Walton, to develop the menus and recipes, and source the best, highest quality, most flavorful ingredients that they can find.
