Located just outside St Ives, this two bedroomed apartment is the perfect place for you to spend time exploring Cornwall. With two good sized double bedrooms, both with en suite, it can comfortably accommodate up to four people. There is a good sized kitchen with dining table and good sized living room with a second dining table and further seating. The property has designated parking for one car. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from West Cornwall golf course and miles of Sandy beaches. It is also close to many great surf breaks including Gwithian.

About Kelly Sutcliffe

Having grown up in Cornwall, I am fortunate enough to have experienced this special place for many years. I moved away for work and now live in Surrey with my husband and two children and work in London. I return to Cornwall as often as I can and am keen for my two young boys to enjoy the same things I did in this beautiful county (particularly the beaches, which are second to none - even in the rain!!!).

Stunning appartment

We were staying here as my son was getting married in St Ives. We were far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Leland. The appartment was exactly as in the photos. I got there before my daughter hence getting the bigger bedroom! The bath and shower were well powered, and the bed and pillows just lovely. I had forgotten how feather pillows moulding around your head. The other bedroom was a refuge for my daughter's boyfriend when we were all wedding'y. Some comments had been that the internet was not good enough but he was certainly able to look at YouTube clips of racing cars! The sitting room was a nice chilling out space too.

The beach was a five minute walk away and we had the cobwebs blown away watching the surf boarders in the wind and waves. All our communications with Kelly were promptly answered and really helpful as regards taxis to St Ives. The folder with all the details was useful. If staying here, I'd recommend catching the park and ride train into St Ives as parking is not easy and goodness me, are some of the streets narrow! None of us had consistent mobile signals but as we could connect to the internet, we just used Whatsapp if we needed to be in touch. It was the most amazing appartment and I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Kelly

Immaculate apartment and idyllic location

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay as the apartment is perfect and there is everything you would need and more. Two beautiful two bedrooms - each with ensuite and very comfortable beds. Big kitchen and very relaxing living/dining room. In the kitchen is everything you would need to prepare and serve a meals. The location is idyllic and it’s a very short walk to a beautiful and very private beach. In the walking distance it is also very nice ‘’The Badger Inn’’ where they are serving nice food, especially grilled fish. The apartment is very close to St Ives and there is train every 30 minutes from the local station taking you to the centre of St Ives.

Very comfortable and quiet

Overall, the apartment worked out very well and was extremely comfortable. It was nicely furnished, with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Two separate bedrooms, each ensuite and each closet had plenty of hangers. Comfortable living area with formal dining room as well. We found instructions for all appliances in the kitchen drawer, and were happy to be able to do a couple loads of laundry while relaxing. The manor sits back from the road and is very quiet. There is a separate parking space for each flat. Be aware there is no lift.

There was an initial glitch with our not being able to connect to the internet so the lovely couple downstairs let me send an email from their home. Meanwhile, my friend found the wifi box and so we were on our way. Kelly was very responsive.

The flat is only a few minutes from St. Ives and all it has to offer, but on the other hand, a very short stroll will take you to the charming chapel, graveyard and church down the lane. You'll enjoy walking through the churchyard because on the other side of the church is a wonderful view of the bay. The Badger Inn up the road is convenient and my grilled fish was excellent. For golfers. just walk down the lane from the manor and voila - there's a course.

Central location for walking coastal path and for playing golf.

Great location for exploring west Cornwall. Most amenities within short walk or short drive. Apartment has all facilities for a comfortable stay. Mattress in larger bedroom needs replacing. The allocated parking space is extremely tight to negotiate with an average size car. Wifi was fine but mobile signal from several providers drops completely inside property.
