Why Peter Cauchi chose Toronto

We're located in the Forest Hill Village a block away from everything it has to offer. It's a 4 min walk to the subway which can take you almost anywhere downtown in less than 30 minutes. We live here because we're city people who love to walk and explore. It has the convenience of the city while living in a village atmosphere. The best of both worlds and a fabulous place to live and visit.

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with this property because of its location and loved the antique pillars, solid oak trim and unique look of this 3 story historic 'Arts and Crafts' Heritage Toronto home. From the front porch you will see the walkers by and the vibrant market area of the village down the street. Looking to the South you can see the famous CN Tower in the skyline. It's a reminder of why we bought this place... love the small town feel and at the same time we always love to go out and do things - Arts& culture, numerous festivals, shopping, dining out, spectator sports etc. We hardly ever need to use our car !

Excellent accommodations!

It was an absolute pleasure staying here. The space is well appointed, extremely clean and spacious. Luxurious bedding and furniture certainly exceeded expectations. Peter was very attentive to every travel need or question I had and was always quick to respond. The location is fabulous - short walk to the subway station and many amenities including grocery store, restaurants etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would look forward to it!

Modern Apartment in Charming Neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

Brand new apartment in the bottom level of a charming home in the Forest Hill neighborhood in Toronto. Super convenient to get to the subway and streetcar—just a block or two in either direction.

The owner said everything was just renovated and it looks like it! Leather couches, track lighting, floating wood floors, white tile bathroom, and a washer and drier to boot. My girlfriend loved the walk-in closet, too. Truly had our own space—and our own entrance.

The owners were wonderful hosts and were happy to help with questions (briefly struggled with the TV remote). Oh, and wifi was very fast! It was a busy work week and I was able to get a lot of work done in this well-lit and tranquil space.

Overall, a clean, quiet, sharply furnished space to live for a week. Couldn't ask for better.

coming back again!

  • 5 of 5

Gorgeous, spacious, clean suite. Amazing area, steps from Forest hill village, Casa Loma & countless parks & cafes! 2min walk to subway made it ideal, I loved being just far enough from downtown that i could enjoy the quiet cafes in the village but close enough that i could get anywhere in the Toronto core within 15-20min. Very private, Great couple upstairs, very quiet & hospitable which made for an easy stay. Loved that the basement still had above ground windows so there was great natural light. Would definitely come back!

Wohlfühloase

  • 5 of 5
