It features modern amenities, a huge double kidney shaped pool and spa, a large back-yard with privacy, mature palm and olive trees, a hammock, a shaded patio area with loungers, an outdoor dining table and BBQ.
There is easy access to the downtown Palm Springs, festivals, casinos, tramway, golf and all the action.
We have unobstructed views of the mountains and no power lines in our backyard. (That is one of our pet peeves-lol).
Walking distance to Paul's. (The "in the know" place with great food, drink and atmosphere and, of course, Paul!)
The kitchen has a new stainless steel stove, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen with cable and in wall USB charging outlets for your phones and tablets.
The second bedroom is located on the other side of the house and can be screened off to make a second master with queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom is smaller than the other two. It has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.
There is driveway parking for 2 cars and plenty of street parking.
The living room features a flat screen television with cable, Tivo DVR, Netflix for your entertainment and in-wall USB charging power for your phones and tablets. FM receiver with iPod connector in the living room by the TV. FM radio with iPod connector in the kitchen. High speed wireless internet.

It is remote check in with a Ring doorbell and lockbox.

In order to preserve my home and keep it in great shape for my guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:
1. This is a non-smoking home.
2. No parties
3. Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.
4. No dogs
5. No glass by the pool. Broken glass can result in a pool drainage fee.
6. No littering.
7. No children staying or visiting.
• This is a quiet, residential area. The City of Palm Springs municipal ordinance no. 1848 prohibits the amplification of sound including music , outdoor speakers, TV's, etc. outside of the dwelling unit and it shall not be audible at the property line. Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance.
You (or your guests) have the responsibility of upholding these rules or your security deposit will automatically be forfeited.
