Although there is no deck to the rear of the house, there are unobstructed bay views from the bedrooms. Downstairs on the ground level is a one bedroom suite with a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Full bath and laundry room. There is a separate entrance for extra privacy that is great for two family rentals, or teens.
